   The dim sum that was served to us was the worst dim sum that I have had in London. I did not expect to be served dim sum of the standard served at Yauatcha, Imperial Treasure, Gouqi or China Tang, but I expected a fair degree of quality. The food was so far below our expectations that, after a few dishes, we immediately went to Chai Wu in Harrods for our main courses. In addition, the waiting staff were not paying attention to the customers. We had to raise our hands or call the staff to get their attention. This was, unfortunately, an unpleasant Valentine’s Day lunch.

   It is over priced, I have eaten at many fine dining places in London including Mr Chows and many more however this place in harrods is over priced

   Start with some positives… cocktails great, location Harrods, terrace lovely. Food was tasteless, quite greasy and beyond overpriced. I get that it’s located in harrods but would expect quality as with all the other Harrods restaurants. Service was good. Wouldn’t go again. Would be disappointed even if it was in a food hall in a shopping centre. Sorry

   I believe they were racist because they denied to seat us at first and told us they were fully booked but then I booked through the website to get in plus we were told only bookings of 4 ppl and above is accepted. When were were seated they were letting ppl inside with only 2 diners. So obviously racist

   No waiter ever showed up to our table after we were seated - so after sitting around for 30 mins we got up and left.

   Not good dim sum. I grew up eating dim sum and this is not acceptable. No one Chinese eating there or working there is always a bad sign.
