With a focus on local, regional, and farm-fresh ingredients, Coohills Restaurant and Bar is reminiscent of what you might find in casual bars and restaurants in Europe. The open kitchen and uniquely modern interior, designed by award-winning architects Semple Brown, underscores Coohills' style! Located in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood, we invite you to pull up to the community table, tuck in at your own intimate table for two or more, or enjoy our outdoor terrace for a spirited drink.

Coohills includes a main dining room, private dining room, community space, bar and beautiful outdoor terrace, providing a breathtaking view of the infamous Colorado sunsets.

Coohills comfortably seats up to 200 people and can host up to 400 people for a stand up reception.

We offer Happy Hour, Dinner Service and are happy to host your upcoming Private Events

                                                I had a great HH as usual at Coohills. Good food except for the fries which were a bit soggy. Nothing can beat your freshly cooked fries!

                                                The food hasn't been as good my last two visits. The appetizers are really good but haven't had good luck with my entree. My wife loves this restaurant though.

                                                We got married here 10 years ago and love to come back and celebrate our anniversary. The food is incredible as is the service, the drinks, and the ambience.  Great spot for date night, to gather with friends, or to get married!

                                                Overpriced. Food came out lukewarm on all dishes. Presentation was excellent. Service was fair, attentive enough. Wine was good. $400 for-dinner-for-2-worth, not a chance. Restaurant temp was cold. Staff disengaged with poor morale. Won't return.
