    Went here before the Clapton show so I get they were busy. That said the food is good and we’ll prepared but nothing that makes you want to come back. Our server was in the weeds and could have used some help. Once he finally got around to taking our order the food all came out at once, starters, bread service, salad and entrees. I’ll opt to sit at the bar and just get apps from now on.

    The restaurant appears to be high end but they were out of many items including KETCHUP! Most d the diners were group events that somewhat effected service. Disappointing dinner.

    Service, awesome. Room, awesome. Food was not great. Salads, way overdressed. Out of most times we ordered. Substitutions were not even close. Pretty disappointing, as this used to be one of my go to places.

    Food was delicious and beautiful presentation. The bartender was outstanding and came to our table to explain various sipping gins. The service was less than ideal. We ordered a cheese board for our appetizer and it long time to arrive and, shortly after it did, the entrees were served.

    Located close to Ball Arena which is good for pre or post-concert dinner. Enjoyed the cocktails. Lots of bar seating - well lit space. Pommes Frites were phenomenal. Food was excellent (duck breast, asparagus, burrata & heirloom tomatoes). Will be returning soon!

    The menu on open table is outdated and the restaurant’s current menu excluded items that were initially the draw to go there in the first place. The food was mediocre, flavorless, and did not live up to the way they were described by our server. The drinks were great, the service was excellent. Too bad about the meals.

    We love this restaurant! We have been to several wine-paired dinners at Coohill’s and they never disappoint. The food is elevated and the wines featured are interesting. Add the winery’s representative explaining the location, environment and process results in a very special evening.

    The Duck Breast was way over cooked and had zero sauce. Waiter said the pea(vinegar based) purée was for the duck?? What??? Not a good pairing. My sister had the Chicken and was dry as well.

    Chef Tom and his extremely capable staff always do an amazing job. Tonight, a wine dinner, was no exception. With two other events going on, it could have been slammed but instead one would think it was only a few two-tops given the outstanding service. One of Denver’s best consistently.

    Disappointing. It’s a waste of such an amazing location! The menu is very limited. There were numerous liquors that were not in stock (Tito’s, Hendricks, etc.) and three of the appetizers were unavailable. It’s in theory the perfect spot to go prior to a show or a game, but after the experience we will attempt to find a new location.

    This place can be so very good, as it was on Valentine's Day. I am surprised it's not booked solid, but not really, because its hours are so eccentric. Still, well worth looking to make a reservation!

    Coohills is an outstanding restaurant that I highly recommend. The food and service are second to none. My wife has significant medical issues and needs to watch what she eats and Coohills went out of their way to accommodate what she needed. I cannot wait to return to this incredible restaurant

    You can eat amazing food at Coohills -- if you can figure out when they're open! The restaurant is operated according to unusual rules. Closed frequently for private events. Open and crowded on days where there is an Avalanche or Nuggets game across the street. Regular service by reservation or walk-in? Well, it's unpredictable, which discourages walking over to see if you can walk in. And booking a reservation can be confusing. A recent Saturday: last available time was 6:30. So booked solid after that? Not at all. Nothing booked so they closed early, after feeding us and a few other lucky early birds; we were well fed indeed. It's good to be lucky sometimes!

    Very nice fine-dining with close proximity to Ball Arena. Fun atmosphere but private table with a salute by the bar to all patrons for a Nuggets cheer before the game. Menu is concise with enough options to satisfy carnivores to vegans. Highly recommended for a great dinner spot before an event across the street or other downtown attractions.
