Charge a 3% surcharge for their higher cost which that should not be passed onto the customers. Add the cost to the food but not the entire bill. Food. Came out cold and was overpriced.

Our server was great. We did make reservation prior but they took too many reservations and we waited 15 mins before being seated. Keep in mind we arrived 5 mins early for our reservation also. Nice service. Food was decent also a few of their steak were sold out also. The tropical tea was amazing.

Had reservations for 3:00 on Mother’s Day. Apparently the staff miscalculated how long the customers were going to stay for the buffet (which ended at 3:00). So there were no tables available. Several customers with reservations walked out. But we stayed and were seated about half an hour late. From that point everything was fine, although they did try to charge us for an item we ordered but they were out of. I know Mother’s Day is busy, but management needs to know how to handle it.

Went there for the Mother’s Day brunch. It was horrible and barely any food left over. I ordered an entree from the menu and the food was still bad. I would not recommend wasting your time and money here. Very disappointing.

We went there for the Mother’s Day buffet. Food items were missing. It took an extra 30 minutes to get in for a reservation time. We had a Flags Ave down in order to get drinks. Definitely will not be returning anytime soon.

Enjoyed the Easter buffet. It was very reasonably priced for all the delicious entrées. The service was great too. Our waitress ensured we had water and checked on us. The food was regularly refilled and the omelet and meat station was very busy. The chef did an excellent job keeping up with the crowd.

We asked our server what drinks are included For the Easter Buffet; and she said Mimosa, soda, Iced tea. But when we got our bill we were charged for all the drinks we took. The price is too pricey for the buffet food that were served. Maybe my last time.

Not worth the increased prices. And, there is a 3% up-charge on every check. If you want to add the salad bar to your meal, it’s now $15! Just not worth it any longer.

Food was ok. Menu has changed a lot. My order was wrong, another was cold. Waiters need more training , didn’t check back on us until after meal was done. Manager did come over to ask why I didn’t eat the steak , it was too raw , Ordered medium-well. Side dishes cold. Appetizers cold. Bathroom filthy and not stocked with necessary paper goods!🫣

q/Hadn't been to a Claim Jumper since they were a prominent chain restaurant back in the early 2000's. Saw this one one time going to Knotts, and decided I wanted to try them again. Meeting up with family, we were quickly seated (as there was no one else in the restaurant, the server was very prompt and friendly. The menu was lacking in what Claim Jumper use to have. I opted for the Asian Salad, which was mostly lettuce and drenched in dressing. Very little chicken for the amount of lettuce. One of our party ordered fish and chips, appears to only have taken a bite, chicken pot pie was ordered, and a hamburger. The hamburger was small, the chicken pot pie was good, and the fish and chips was not tasty. I don't think I'll be going back there, the Old Claim Jumper is gone, and I think this one only remains open because of Knotts Berry Farm.

The food was great! Service was ok but I will chalk that up to the rain and it being New Years Eve! The chef brought out our steaks and recommended the red wine demi-glaze—it was excellent! The dining room is a little dated but overall a good time!

They were out of some items because they hadn’t gotten a delivery. I ordered a salad with blue cheese dressing was not told they didn’t have any until the salad arrived and the server says oh we don’t have blue cheese dressing. I brought your ranch that was not my choice. I would’ve rather have thousand Island also ordered a chicken pot pie. That was delicious. We will go back. I’ll just make sure they have what we order.
