We were a large group. Most of us enjoyed the food; the burger was okay but I've had better veggie burgers. The pizza was so so. The fries were really good though. My biggest issue was probably the noise. Hard to hear each other at all.

I had a group meeting here during lunch and made a reservation as our group was five people. As I was en route by foot, I received a voicemail saying that I would likely have to wait 15-30 minutes because they “had several other larger groups.” Why take a reservation then? And certainly why let me know that less than 10 minutes before I was set to arrive? I don’t eat here often though it’s close to my workplace, and this is an example of why. The food is mediocre in my opinion but the place is cool and cozy. Wish the service wasn’t so hit and miss.

Used to love this place, unfortunately something has shifted. We had reservations for brunch and were seated immediately. Had to ask twice for a server and once we put in our order for coffee, it was 20 mins before it came out cold. Had to ask again for our server to order food. Most of the dishes were bland and dry...not at all what I was used to. To top it off, the music was so loud we couldn’t enjoy conversation within our group. Disappointing and won’t be back anytime soon.

As usual, the carrot-cashew soup was excellent, as were my kale etc. salad (with chicken-fried cauliflower supplement) and the scrumptious lemon-raspberry cake! Atmosphere was noisy but not deafening and the service friendly and efficient. Based on two fine visits, I've been recommending City O' City to friends!

Went for business meeting. Got there a little early for the reservation, the host was friendly and was able to seat me 10 minutes early. The place was certainly energetic. I went for a business meeting, and it was an appropriate level of energy for my guest. Food was good. I had the veg burger with fries. The burger itself was a little dry, but had decent flavor. My guest liked his food. No complaints!
