I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the space and the innovative menu but the service was poor. I don’t know if they were understaffed but no one greeted us at the door for several minutes after we arrived and it took forever to get an order in and for our food to arrive. Although the dishes sounded good, they missed on taste.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Denver, I truly can’t recommend it enough! The vibe is the perfect mix of cozy and classy, ideal for brunch, date night, or evening out. The staff is always warm and attentive, and the food is consistently outstanding. Do yourself a favor and order the tuna tots, whipped ricotta, and Caesar salad to start—they’re all amazing. This place never misses. Easily some of the best food in town.

I had such a fantastic experience at Church and Union. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and stylish—perfect for a relaxed evening out or a special night with friends. The appetizers truly stole the show. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Highly recommend the Tuna Taters. A special shout-out to our waitress, Hannah, who went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a group of 11 people on a Monday that was difficult to book a reservation for. It wasn't a problem at Church and Union. We had a great experience. Great service from Dylan and the bartender on duty (don't have his name). The ruby red trout, salmon, ravioli, french fries, cocktails, and wine offerings were excellent. I enjoyed the cocktail Ready Orgeat. It was so good I had to have another. Very refreshing and flavorful. Will be back.

Fantastic server. Knowledgeable about the menu, history of the restaurant, and perfect service. Food was very good with unique takes on many entrees and apps.

Came to Church & Union while in Denver for work with one of my girlfriends, and we ended up having such a fun night. The late-night crowd was solid, the playlist was on point, and the vibe was just right. The food came out hot and flavorful, and the drinks were strong and well-made. We stayed longer than planned because everything just hit. Definitely a new go-to when I’m in town.

Amazing dinner setting, ambiance, & Staff! I tried their new summer menu! The Tuna Tators are a must try! Veal, and scallops are also new! I will say everything was delicious! It’s always a great vibe and energy everytime I visit!

Food and cocktails were average at best. The meatballs were the only oustanding dish! Service was terrible. Not polished and barely there...we had to flag our server down constantly. Very loud when the restaurant filled up
