   We were really looking forward to a nice dinner. However, the entire experience was subpar for the price you pay. The stir-fried Malaysian noodles lacked flavor and were mushy. Not to mention, one person in our party had to wait so long for her food while everyone else was served—she just about canceled her order. Soup dumplings were also served lukewarm. This place was extremely overpriced for the experience. I have gotten way better Asian meals at food trucks for a fraction of the price. I would not recommend. Wait staff was at least friendly though.

   We’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious and the service is top notch. Higher recommend!

   The most delicious Brussels sprouts and pork pot stickers. You could easily make a dinner from the small plates. The Mongolian noodles with pork belly were also excellent as was the whole fish. We went twice in one week while visiting Denver and each time I ordered the margarita (with Mezcal)—creative and delicious! Service is attentive, even on a crowded Saturday night. Would definitely recommend! Noise level a bit much, but it was a Saturday, and it’s obviously a popular place for good reason.

   Great evening with friends and good food. Service was exceptional from beginning to end. Small menu but great choices and we chose to do sharing sizes of many things so we could try all the things. The sauce with the calamari was a hit. The French onion dumplings with Gruyère cheese were probably our table’s favorite dish of the night.

   The hostess and server were great! They patiently went over the menu with my wife and I and made excellent recommendations! The food was amazing!

   Went on a date here, top tier service and food was excellent. Our favorite dish was the spring pea - candied walnut salad, it is a must try! Will be coming back!

   Cholon is well worth a visit. The food is eclectic and interesting without being too insanely avant-garde. The Thai Brussels sprouts were excellent— spicy and flavorful. Perhaps all the hype spoiled the French soup dumplings for me: A+ for originality B+ for flavor. I wish I’d been hungrier when the pork vindaloo arrived, but I’m looking forward to the leftovers. Although the service team were focused on getting us fed and out of there so they could get on with their Friday nights, the service was professional and courteous.
