At ChoLon, Chef Lon Symensma brings to life his extensive culinary travels throughout Southeast Asia.     This is an excellent restaurant with fabulous, sublime drinks. The menu has surprisingly few options and it would be nice to have a few more vegetarian choices, but the ones that exist are mouth-watering and beyond satisfying. The STIR-FRIED MALAYSIAN NOODLES with tofu was smoky and delicious - highly recommended. Oh, and make a point of getting the KAYA TOAST. Also sumptuous! We were very happy with our waiter as well. This was a memorable night out with the "kids" (don't worry, they're 25 and 33 and not annoying other customers with shrieking voices) ;-). We all loved it.

    From the phenomenal food to the excellent customer service and delightful ambiance, ChoLon was an amazing time and the best way to celebrate a momentous occasion. My pleasant experience started before we even sat at the table. When I needed my reservation time adjusted I was helped by a kind and understanding staff member. From there, the experience only got better as our waiter, Abbey, showed us nothing less than superb service! Throughout the dining experience, my party and I enjoyed delicious food while we sat in a well organized, thoughtful designed, and super clean establishment. If you are looking for a spot for delectable bites, elevated ambiance, and premier customer service; look no further ChoLon is the place!

    We had a 730 reservation and were rushed through dinner. We finished a little after 9 pm and the door was locked behind us.
