   Our server James was outstanding! I worked for this company for many years and he went above and beyond to make us feel special. Really enjoyed everything.

   Charlie steakhouse Tampa is a great place to meet.Have a good drink and outstanding food. The staff is stellar. One of the better steakhouses in town.

   Made the reservation a month or more in advance. They asked if I was celebrating a special event I replied yes, celebrating College graduations with a party of 5. The restaurant called me to verify my reservation and to read me “the rules” 21% automatic gratuity added, NO Splitting the bill” all fine but no mention of “ We are happy you choose Charleys for your celebration or Thank you for choosing Charleys for your dinning experience just, here’s the rules. Almost canceled my reservation felt very insulted. Our server said “ I hear your celebrating graduations” and that was the extent of the restaurants acknowledgement. Spent $1,000.00 for our party of 5. Great food and wine. Very nice atmosphere for conversation, nice table setting, fine steak house, service very good old school which I love. Everyone enjoyed their meals and felt like it was a memorable meal with lobster tails for appetizer’s, wonderful steaks, side dishes and the Butter Cake was an amazing desert.

   This is our special occasion restaurant. Tonight it was a graduation dinner. Yes it’s pricey but you won’t find a better filet mignon.

   The food has remained consistently superior to any other steakhouse I’ve ever visited.i do wish they had not eliminated the seafood entrees, but that is a matter of preference. On this visit, they did seem short staffed and although very attentive, our server was clearly stretched. For the first time we were asked to contribute to a charity when paying our bill. I whole heartedly believe in philanthropy, but not at the end of an expensive meal. Please remove this request when we paid a $400 check for 2 people.

   Another repeat of great food and service. Excellent service from both Rich and James. Both meals were delicious and cooked perfectly.

    Anthony was an excellent server and we were very well taken care of by him and Paul, the manager. The food was great and we had an excellent experience
