Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     We always enjoy our time at Charley’s! From birthdays to anniversaries, Charley’s with place my family enjoys most! The food is always great and we love the atmosphere!

    We went to Charley’s as we do every year on our Anniversary. This year was our 10 year anniversary and was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had!! Delila and James went above and beyond for us!! Delila was so knowledgeable and sooo enthusiastic talking to us in exceptional detail about the appetizers, drinks, cuts of meat and side dishes. Her personality is sooo happy and positive and truly makes your night so enjoyable. James was just as knowledgeable with sharing his favorite dishes, his favorite cuts of meat and his favorite side dishes. His personality is sooo friendly and so upbeat and he wore a smile everytime he was at our table. Delila and James are a power team. Their knowledge of the food at Charley’s, sharing their personal favorites and truly just bringing happiness to serving us made the night so much more enjoyable. They made our anniversary special with their little touches. The dining experience with these two is TOP TIER!! Thank you Delila & James for truly taking care of us and giving us one of the best experiences we have ever had at Charley’s!!! We will be back & hopefully can request to sit with you guys!!

    I'm very disappointed, it's 15 years since i've to been Charley's because the last time i was the food and service was not up to par. I notice the the sign for the new Charley's coming soon and decided to try it again. The food was not good at all, we order the Escargot and it was bland we decided not say anything and hoped things would get better after that the salad came and it was excellent. We both order the bison mine was extremely salty , the was not as salty but still over salted. The waitress was very good and knowledgeable.

    First time visiting Charley’s. It’s been on my to do list for over a decade. Absolutely awesome experience from the food to the service and the atmosphere ! Plan to visit again when I’m back in February. The staff were great and our server Stephanie was an absolute delight.

    Another fantastic experience at Charley’s! Nick our server was so attentive and accommodating. He had some great recommendations from the menu. Our steaks were amazing! We split a delicious lobster tail between the four of us -another great recommendation from Nick. We celebrated our son’s birthdays and both agreed they enjoyed the best steak they had ever had.

    Our experience was very good! This was our first time, and everything was up to par. We ordered a ribeye steak and the white snapper, and everything was delicious. We went for our anniversary dinner. They surprised us with a dessert. Brittany was our server, and she was amazing. We will return!

    Great experience. All the good was fresh and delicious. The FU steak by Chunk was a great option for me as a vegan. This was a celebration for our son’s birthday which they made very special with a nice ice cream dish at the end and a signed card. The only caveat is that everything is very pricey so we will not be going often.
