It was very quiet which was great for us. Food was outstanding as usual. Only problem was three hairs in my drink which made me sick. They got me a new drink and apologized but did not comp it off the bill which I would have expected. I actually wanted a beer because I was still sick from the hair situation. We still made the mist of it and had an enjoyable evening.

We went to Sunday brunch and the menu is just amazing. Sit on the patio, bask in the sun and enjoy a bloody mary and the best chilaquiles you will ever eat.

We went to Chaak Kitchen for dinner with high expectations because of its glowing review in the Los Angeles Times's 101 Best Restaurants in L.A., and Chaak Kitchen met and exceeded our expectations. The food was superb, from myriad small plates to the main course of cochinita pibil and a mixed grilled meat platter to dessert. We enjoyed a wine from Mexico's Valle de Guadalupe. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive if a little slow, but we didn't mind the relaxed pace (and the restaurant was very busy). We had a positive, memorable dining experience.

We dine here quite often and love it. Last week, as usual, we reserved our table inside due to the weather. As we were waiting a couple that had been seated outside complained that they were cold so they were moved inside. We were then called to be seated and brought outside to the vacated table. Our reserved table had been given away. We were then escorted to the bar to wait for another table. We were told we would “be taken care of”. It would have been nice to have had our drinks at the bar paid for While we waited or our corkage waved but not one thing was offered. Disappointing.

Everything was phenomenal! From the opening cocktail through our dessert with anejo, we were completely blown way with the taste and visual presentation of every dish. Even when the kitchen got a little backed up at peak, the service and attention to our needs was great! I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

Outstanding as always. A place we call home as the food preparation and flavors are exceptional, service courteous and professional and ambiance - you can’t beat it. A vibrant setting full of character and conveniently located. A must on our short list of places we enjoy and frequent regularly.

That was my 3rd time there. Amazing as usual. The drinks, the service, the food... awesome! The best drink ever is the Tamanino con Chile, one is never enough. The pork PIBIL was out of this world!!! We’ll keep coming back

The food was great! It was a little pricey, but worth it. Service was outstanding and cocktails were delicious. Desserts were not as good as the rest of the food, but just fine.
