Inspired by Executive Chef Gabbi Patrick’s Yucatecan roots, CHAAK features Mayan staples of pibil, recados, seafood, smoke, and exotic spices combined with her signature modern flare. The Yucatan peninsula's influence sets it apart, with Spanish, Caribbean, and Mediterranean influences, dense tropical climate, and deep Mayan culture roots.

Food is pretty good although quite expensive. Service was pretty good too. We sat outside because inside is very noisy and hard to carry on a conversation.

It was good day to celebrate with a Fathers Day brunch. Unfortunately, they ran out of their French toast. We didn't understand, since it was only alittle after noontime. We had to settle for something else, which wasn't much to our liking.

Food at Chaak was very good as usual. One of the items I always order is the Parrillada Yucatan. This dish is typically super good with the 3 proteins on the plate. Tonight, however, the chicken was lacking. The seasoning on top was still powdery, the chicken was overcooked, and not smokey. I was surprised at how the chicken came out as it is usually the hero of the dish. Notwithstanding the above, I'll be back.

Once again, Chaak Kitchen delivered an excellent dining experience. The food is superb, and the ambience is electric. The service is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional.

The food was very delicious! We ordered the meat plate for two… It came with some steak, chicken and sausage. It also included a few homemade corn tortillas. We added side potatoes and Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was to die for! Was very very good you can taste the flavors in the meat Like they had spent time in a smoker potentially? Our cocktails were always on point there. They do amazing cocktails very craft. Will be back!
