Reached the restaurant to only find out that it was closed for renovation. It would be highly appreciated if you could not take bookings for a place which is closed. Waste of journey and time.

Caramel Restaurant have not stated that they are closed for refurbishments. I made the journey thinking it was open as I was able to book prior to the 7th and I also looked online which stated it was open. Very inconveniencing and disappointing as I was supposed to have my birthday meal there

This restaurant is closed, open table shouldn’t be allowing bookings to be made. I booked this restaurant to go all the way there to then find that is not open. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The restaurant was close and they did not inform me and had to call them to find out it was close not happy at all

It’s shut been a fire and the restaurant is gutted. Turned up and to go somewhere else avoid if you want to eat anything.

Really enjoyed lunch here. The service is fantastic and the waiting staff are lovely and welcoming. Food was delicious. And loved the restaurant...decor and environment were perfect! Thanks. Look forward to coming again next time we are in London :)

Our table was booked for 8.30 and at 10.05 a member of staff told us we had to leave because the next booking had arrived. Despite not having finished our dinner and drinks. Really disappointing and a rubbish end to what was a nice dinner!

Food was amazing and their service was exceptional. The staff were soft spoken and catering to needs. Inside is beautiful and is lovely for a couples dinner.
