Awful visit. Sleep were seated promptly but them not a knowledged for about 10 minutes. Waiter finally came by with water, no introduction, no greeting, just stood there so we started ordering after a minute. Drinks took another 10 minutes to come out. Food came about another 10 minutes. My chicken was so overcooked including barely bite it. My sons hamburger came with cheese, even though when ordering he was clear, NO cheese, he repeated it twice. We ended up asking them to remake it and our server was visibly annoyed. The hamburger came about the same time the rest of us were finishing and it was practically bleeding. So disgusting. My son just ate what he could, we didn't have it in us to wait any longer. Upon leaving we stopped in the gift shop where apparently no one works and waited around again for about 15 minutes to get checked out. The location was convenient and I don't expect much from the chicken in a seafood place, but the service here just completely ruined the experience. I felt like I was bothering them at every turn for the most basic things. They were not busy so no excuses at all for the poor service. I won't return here the next time I'm in denver.

I felt like we were rushed and took them about 5 to 10 mins for someone to seat us. I have been there before on my trip and it was good. This last one , I will find another to go when I come back to town.

We been to Bubba Gump’s before and thought going here again would be fun. The service was subpar. We had to approach the waitstaff to refill our drinks. The restaurant wasn’t busy but took forever for our entrees to arrive. I had the 1/2 lbs. of blackened shrimp which was good. My kid had the popcorn shrimp which didn’t taste good. The sampler appetizer was really good. Probably won’t go back. At least not in Denver.

We waited 20 minutes before being greeted by our server, waited another 20 minutes for our drinks, and 45 minutes for our food. Our drinks were never refilled, our food showed up cold and lacking ANY flavor. This was a Friday afternoon and there were only maybe 4 tables taken in the whole restaurant. I have been a high end server for 10+ years, and this is NOT how you treat customers. The only good thing about this whole experience was the manager who not only gave us a huge discount, also did magic tricks for the kiddos at our table.

Good options for kids. Needed a gluten sensitive meal and that was good too. Good drink menu, yummy cocktails.

Excellent food but the place was dead for a Friday evening. We’ve been to other Bubba Gump’s where the atmosphere was much better. To be honest, the whole Denver Downtown is dying so that plays a role. I wouldn’t go back.

We needed a family friendly restaurant for dinner with small children, before seeing a show. I booked a reservation at Bubba Gump because it was close to DCPA. The restaurant was not busy, but it took forever to get our food. The kids were starving, and besides the atmosphere, there was much we liked. The food was overpriced and the staff all seemed new and didn’t communicate. Skip this restaurant and just watch the movie.

The shrimp was burned and cooked hard! The fries were drenched in oil. The scampi had far to much garlic. Our food took far to long to come out - our waiter seemed to take his time checking on it. The folks sitting next to us came in 15 minutes after us, ordered and got their food at the exact same time. We asked for drink refills and he didn’t bring those until we were ready to leave. I was treating my grand daughters who were visiting from out of town and had never had Bubba Gumps. I lived in New Orleans and know how great the food and experience can be. I moved to Denver a few years ago for work and I am disappointed that this experience here was so poor. Out waiter seemed to treat us with disdain as if we offended him by coming in.

Our server was terrible. He would disappear for several minutes then seem to forget what we wanted. They couldn’t get their draft beer lines figured out. Then his excuse was the bar was upstairs. It took forever to get a bottled beer. Again, no server. The food runner didn’t know what dishes he brought out. All in all it was awful. Only good thing was the shrimp.
