The Brightmarten menu is an imaginative take on New American fare, following the seasons, and sourcing from local distilleries, breweries, growers, and producers.
It’s a nod to the warmth of good food well served and a wink to the impulse to try something new.
We invite you to come in, sit, and tuck into your creature comforts.

The food was terrific. Simple, but unique. Go to this place.
The fried green tomato appetizer was creative and tasty. The main dishes were underwhelming. There was a 20 minute wait after we completed the appetizer for the main dishes and when we got them they were luke warm.
Nice, casual place. The server recommended the chicken sandwich, and it was yummy. Great arugula salad, too.
The menu selection is good. The food was disappointing. The service was slow and the staff wasn’t warm or welcoming. I’m not able to recommend this restaurant to friends, nor would I go again.
Had a reservation for Mother’s Day brunch. Very glad we booked ahead. It was packed! Food was delicious. Kitchen was s not slow, but can be forgiven due to occasion. I will go back!
I brought my parents to Brightmarten for brunch on Mother’s Day. I had never heard of Brightmarten before so we decided to give it a try and are so glad we did! The staff were all so friendly and the menu had so many enticing options, we had a hard time deciding. My mom said multiple times throughout the rest of the day how much she enjoyed brunch.
We had s great time—the staff was very accommodating, as always!
3 couples - been looking forward to this dinner it was disappointing. Second time I have been here- food is inconsistent. So is service. Was hoping it would be my new place since it’s so close to us.
Our Second Visit, First for Dinner!!! There WILL Be More!! Food was Imaginative, & Amazing!!! Great Room, Impeccable Service!!!
Always love this place
Our service was friendly and prompt. Our dinner was delicious.
Brightmarten is a neighborhood gem. It's wonderful to have such delicious food a walkable distance away. Service was a bit inattentive on a Sunday evening but everyone was really friendly and welcoming so, really, no complaints. We were trying to work out an itinerary for an upcoming trip and we could actually hear ourselves talk! The Bright salad and the shishito sub are inspired dishes! This is a new fave.
Service was great. The Mimosa flight is the best thing on the brunch menu. Need to improve the menu and add more flavors to the food.
We dined on a Saturday night, it was not very busy. We have been here several times for dinner and brunch. We enjoyed the burrata appetizer. The pesto entrée was good enough. They brought me the carbonara when I ordered the pork schnitzel. We waited for my correct entrée. The pork was a good portion but it was overcooked, which was odd since it was just made. The fingerling potato salad was good; there was an odd sauce on the plate that I didn't care for. Our server said it was extra dressing from the potato salad but it didn't taste like it. They took 1/2 off my meal. They just recently changed their menu so check it out before you go.
The menu is limited and the food was mediocre. They were clearly understaffed for a busy Friday night.
Wonderful service, nice beverage choices. Food needs to come out to the table at a hotter temperature.
Awesome 1 year celebration!! Crawfish boil was so great and the live music was Amazing!! Thanks for a wonderful day we love Brightmarten restaurant!!
Fabulous and fun time at Bright Martin. Great neighborhood feel!
Melissa and Jared were absolutely fabulous! They really care about their customers. It was a wonderful experience.
My favorite brunch in Denver! The food is varied and interesting. The cornbread is to die for — so moist and delicious! I love the $24 Mimosa Flight — you get a bottle of Prosecco, a small carafe of orange juice, and your choice of two more juices. Yum! I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place so that it doesn’t become a total scene, but it’s just too good. Go! You’ll love it!
The service was a bit rude. We were all a little disappointed that the menu listed on OpenTable is not a current/accurate menu, which is what we based our decision. What we did order was good but I highly recommend checking the website not Open Table or Yelp. Great location.
Started with Berry Brae cocktail and mussels- both are amazing! For dinner, our table had shrimp scampi and pork chop. We loved the entrees. Unique takes on classic dishes. The strawberries for dessert were simple, healthy, and delicious. Great service!
Yummy food! Friendly service
wish you had more booths so it's more comfortable to sit and relax. Love that you carry Family Jones Booze too ! Everything tasted great! So happy you're in our neighborhood
What a delight! My salmon/quinoa salad was the best I’ve ever had. I plan to go back real soon.
Great food, great service (attentive without hovering). We'll definitely be back.
Sunday is a great night for dinner since wine by the bottle was 25% off. Salmon was a really good dish. Only complaint is they tend to seat tables together, rather than using the whole restaurant.
Loved the food, service, and place. Used to frequent 730 South and was disappointed when that left, but Brightmarten is a great, fun, new neighborhood restaurant/bar. Very friendly.
We had a fabulous brunch at BrightMarten. The food was excellent and the mimosa flight was perfect. We’ll be back!
Our waitress during lunchtime was wonderful. She helped us to figure out the best options and we were not disappointed. I enjoyed the mussels and sausage dish and my husband tried their lunch combo special with a walleye fish sandwich. I’m not sure I’ve seen that at any other CO restaurant. It was very good, too. An option with the combo was a delicious quinoa salad with a perfect salad dressing. We will definitely be back!
Great brunch-nice and capable staff and good food.
Food was good but very few choices and small portions for the price.
We have the Dining Out Passbook and had heard good things about Bright Marten from a friend. We enjoyed our evening very much. We started with cocktails, which were delicious and surprisingly strong, then had the wonderful brussel sprouts and cornbread for starters. There was a long wait for our entrees, but our server was very friendly and attentive, and since we weren't in a hurry, we didn't mind. We shared both the almond-crusted mahi special and the half chicken and sweet potato gnocchi, both of which were very well-prepared. The cookie cake with ice cream dessert was definitely for sharing and yummy. It's a little on the pricey side, but we'd love to return for happy hour which looks like a great deal.
Brunch options were innovative and delicious! The hollandaise sauce was light and full of flavor!!l Great brioche French toast! The Bloody Mary was full of flavor. I also recommend the blood orange mimosa and the alcoholic coffee drink. They never cease to provide friendly staff and outstanding service! What a wonderful brunch spot!
Nephew and I enjoyed our meal. Pork chop and steak were both delicious.
The food is a bit overpriced but very good and service is excellent!
Fun spot for brunch with options for everyone. Great bloody Mary’s and tasty food.
Only problem was getting the waiter’s attention to pay our bill. Food was amazing! Love the ambiance. I’ll be back!
Great food - interesting choices. professional, attentive service without being intrusive. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Amazing food and Amazing service!!! Look forward to our next visit!
