   This was our first time, trying out the restaurant, and we had such a great time! The food was really delicious and we will definitely be coming back. Everyone there was really nice. Our server took really good care of us and did an amazing job. It was great all around.

   Hostess was clueless. Sat outside and were locked out. Had to go inside eventually to ask to be assisted as hostess forgot to tell waitress where we were. Hostess was a total failure. Waitperson much better and apologized profusely for the poor initial impression. Good food. Not cheap. Oh and hostess could not find out open table reservation. She needs to be retrained. Or fired.

   Took 15-20 minutes for someone to Condé to our table, the waiter Nate tried but forgot to bring small requests extra sauce the veal parm was fried well but I preferred more sauce, asked for more parmigiana and it was tossed in 3 to go containers. They were busy

    We were celebrating valentines day and it ruined our date. The service was great and she comped our meal, but my husband and I had shrimp scampi and it was terrible the chef didn't drain the noodles and it was very soupy. The bread was not fresh. I was disappointed because the Last time I ate at your restaurant it was wonderful.

    We have dined here many times before and everything has been great, so I know this is not normal for this restaurant. First of all the food was as good as it always is. What really ruined it for us was the waiter we had, and the really poor service we got. We were there about 5:30, so not a really busy time. We were seated and waited about 5 minutes before the waiter acknowledged us, and that was to say he would be back after taking someone else’s order. When he came back he took the drink order and it was a while before he returned. We gave him our dinner order, but he did not bring bread as usual. When we were finally able to catch him we asked for bread and silverware as there was none on the table. He brought silverware but no bread. Someone else brought our meals and when we saw the waiter again we asked once more for some bread. He did bring it, but spilled the plate of oil on the table. He said he would come back and clean it but never did. We also had a coupon for a discount. He took a picture of that, but when he returned with the bill the discount was not one it. He acted put out when we called that to his attention. At that point my husband found the manager and told him how bad the service was. He was pretty disgusted at the spilled oil on the table that had not been cleaned. He apologized and brought us a corrected bill. All in all this waiter was just bad news. As far as we could tell, he only was responsible for 4 tables, with one of them being empty most of the time we were there. He wasn’t pleasant or apologetic at all, kind of acted like we were putting him out every time we talked to him. We hope the manager will either give him some training for just fired him. The service definitely wasn’t up to Bravo’s standards.

    Had reservations and was seated right away. I had to ask for utensils, napkins and for bread. Waiter would bring food and then run away and never checked on us. Food was only OK. Pizza was doughy, calamari was greasy and limp. Chicken parmesan was decent but not enough sauce accompanied the dish. I would have like to ask for more sauce, but did not see the waiter again until he brought the check

    The food and service was quick! Our server was kind and attentive. We had the chicken parm, a capture salad, and two desserts. The cheesecake was really lovely, I’m not a cheesecake gal and I LOVED it! The tiramisu was also really yum!

    We “dined” at Bravo on Christmas Evening (5:00 pm). 1) when we were seated & greeted by waitress, I thanked her for working on the holiday. We had a nice chat about her 1 year old. 2) my husband & I told her another guest would be joining us; however we ordered drinks & an appetizer 3) the appetizer (calamari-listed as a bravo customer fav) arrived before our drinks, was cold & rubbery. 4) waitress returns to tell us there is a time limit on the table, not sure hostess told us; meanwhile place is 1/3 full but assures us it will fill up in the next hour 6) our guest arrived & barely hits the seat & is asked if ready to order & again mentions the time limit but has yet to tell us what it is 8) guest tells her we’ll talk to the manager & get that squared away 9) waitress proceeds to tell manager in kitchen as I observe when kitchen doors are open 10) husband jokes with waitress about her having time to help us. She apologizes but laughs w/us 11) our order is served by someone else. We ask for more bread & our guest asked for the same bread I got w/my shrimp scampi (which later I am told is crostini) 12) after digging in, we see our waitress & ask about our bread orders. She says she didn’t know. Husband says we told the person who delivered our food; exasperated look follows 13) manager comes over to ask about bread. We tell him we ordered table bread & the bread I had. He says oh, ciabatta.” We say “yes” 14) he comes back w/something that is neither table bread or the scampi bread that comes with the shrimp; I am assuming this is ciabatta 15) we politely tell him we asked for the bread sitting on my plate & he condescendingly says, “oh, you wanted the crostini” & retrieves it 16) next our table bread is delivered by yet another person who tells us b/c our waitress is so busy, he will be helping us. 17) we pay check; give good tip despite issues 18) when lvg @ 6:50 pm a was couple turned away & doors promptly locked. More happened but space limit.

    We have made it a tradition to go to Bravo for Dinner on Christmas Eve after church. It never disappoints. The staff is so nice and the food is excellent!

    Oh wow, what can I say? This place is definitely not the restaurant it was when it first opened. The service staff was spread thin but understandable given that it was Christmas Eve. The menu is narrower and the pricing is decent given restaurant price inflation. There is significant deferred maintenance in the place. The tables are shabby and the restrooms haven't been cleaned in forever. The dust on top of the urinals and the broken paper towel dispenser said a lot about the decline of what was once a nice restaurant. Makes you wonder about the kitchen. Sure enough, one guest in my party got sick from the lasagna. It's unlikely we would ever return.

    We went for thanksgiving, they were very organized and prompt with the reservation. My husband had the thanksgiving dinner, nice portion sizes were served, he liked his dinner. I had bravo pasta very good. The server was very friendly, I forgot her name, but she had lung blonde curly hair. We would definitely eat here again.

    Reservations for 6 were at 1:30pm for Thanksgiving Dinner. Food was average but the manager on duty created a bad experience for our family dinner by publicly criticizing the entire table with a verbal comment to all who could hear "we should be thankful he is working today". I have been in F&B 20 years. If this manager can not handle the early hour of a day like today perhaps he should be working away from your patrons?

    There was no mention online that the Thanksgiving Day menu would be very restricted. There were no vegan entrees available. My Thanksgiving Feast was a garden salad and a hard roll. Bon Appetit!

    We had a great time on Thanksgiving Day! It was nice that we could do either a traditional Thanksgiving meal or something on the Italian side from the curated traditional Italian menu. Kudos to Bravo for being open on Thanksgiving!

    Fabulous traditional Thanksgiving dinners available with all the trimmings and wonderful non-traditional limited Bravo Italian menu for those of us not into turkey! 😉 This experience was so enjoyable and no stress. ❤️🦃🥧
