Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

This is our second visit and we will surely be back. The music was at a great level for conversation, the simple but interesting and appealing style was relaxing and the service just that right blend of attentive and intuitive. I found a great healthy meal and would love a few more options for brunch - we were there at 1pm (the special gf flapjack breakfast wasn't available) but I would also order my same meal again. My husband's BLT was amazing and the homemade chips were excellent and plenty to share. My house espresso martini was among the best I have ever had and my husband's old fashioned-style cocktail was great too.

excellent food and service! not too crowded for sunday brunch. atmosphere was quiet enough without any loud music drowning out conversations. will be back!

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at Bosscat Orange. The restaurant itself was very inviting, with some nostalgic touches throughout. The service was amazing and the food and drinks delicious. Our server, Amanda, was very attentive and checked on us frequently. Thank you to Bosscat for a wonderful meal. We will definitely visit again!

My husband and I had a great brunch here. I had the short rib chilaquiles and he had the chicken and waffle sandwich. We ended it by sharing the beignets with lemon curd and marshmallow cream. Delicious all around. Great service and ambience. There is a free parking garage about two blocks away. Recommend making a reservation as it gets busy.

Not a great brunch. Cold food and rushed service, go to the Irvine branch if you want to experience what Bosscat is supposed to be.

We had reservations at 8:00 PM. After we were sat, it took about 10 minutes for someone to get us water and take our order. We got the spinach artichoke egg rolls as an appetizer, they were delicious and very crispy! We both got the Sugar Barrel Steak. I ordered it medium rare and it came rare/very red. My girlfriend ordered well-done and hers came out medium well. We sent them back to get cooked more. But, overall it was a good dinner!
