Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

Great place for large parties, food and drinks were good, service was great and professional, table setting was nice, and changing the reservation to accommodate more guests was simple. Down to earth vibe while still receiving professional customer service.

A service charge of 22% on top of the gratuity was included on the bill. Our waiter started off good & stopped waiting on us once we got our meals. Dirty dishes sat until a busboy came. Couldn’t find the waiter to order dessert or a dinner drink. After waiting a long time I got up to find him at the front chatting with his co-workers. The restaurant was not busy & it was 6pm at night. He got his tip for a terrible job & I paid a service fee for poor service. I paid over $180 in service fees. Will never go back there.

Was a beautiful day, we got patio sitting on a sunday at 12:45pm. I reserved for 6 they were able to accommodate with a 20min wait which was fine because my party wasn’t even there yet. Server was very attentive. Food was great! Had the loco moco, meat patty was medium well which is fine not overly dry. Sauce was delicious! Really enjoyed it. My aunt had the beef rib chilaquiles, it was good however not much meat and egg was an added on? which is odd because chilaquiles is suppose to come with an eggs. There were some other items everyone else got but not worth mentioning here. The portion are a good size without feeling too full or unsatisfied. I’d recommend this place for brunch

Fun location but a little loud! Our server was great. But she was a little slow bringing wine glasses. I had told her I wanted the wine to breathe a little but that didn’t mean she couldn’t bring the glasses! We got our dinners and then had to wait to pour the wine since we had nothing to pour it into! I know - seems trivial but it did matter! Otherwise she was awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable. Second time here and I’d definitely go back! The food is great - limited menu but I like that because everything they do is yummy! But the cocktails are the star! Excellent with fun names!

I went to Bosscat for the first time for my son’s graduation. There were 12 of us. We were given the perfect seating area and our server, whose name I failed to get did a fantastic job. She was thoughtful and attentive. Everyone loved their drinks, food, and dessert! We are already thinking about our return.

We met our family for dinner. The menu was great - a little something for everyone. The atmosphere was so cool in this vintage building right in the center of Old Town Orange. It’s a noisy bustling place, but we asked to sit on the patio where it was a little less loud. I highly recommend dining here, especially if you dig a cool vibe.

Best experience ever. Was seated in a booth, and requested to sit in the lounge area and they moved around another reservation to accommodate us on my daughters 21st birthday 🎉

We had the best waitress, so friendly. Our table was ready for us early and everything was great. We love the atmosphere and food and a great brunch. We had requested the patio and room for a double stroller and we were accommodated.
