Blue Agave Grill is a local, independent, and Colorado grown restaurant! We are full service dishing up contemporary southwestern cuisine with a full bar and over 120 tequilas. We feature a from-scratch kitchen with many gluten free options as well as a large selection of margaritas, house infused tequilas, and homemade sangria. From made-to-order guacamole to our vibrant atmosphere, come on down and try a flight of our favorite margs and tequilas.

    Great place for lunch, good prices for a downtown eatery and the food is absolutely delicious. The best part was the dessert: Cinnamon Toast Crunch bread pudding. It was outstanding!

    Food is way overpriced, a plate of scallops is $50 with brussel sprouts that weren’t even seasoned. Bland rice and black beans. “Asada” was a tiny piece of chewy thick skirt steak- NOT what asada is. What claimed to be a shrimp and lobster enchilada turned out to be a tortilla with fake shrimp, no lobster and red peppers inside. Drinks were alright. Won’t go back.

    Had the queso: real stringy cheese ABSOLUTELY Impossible to eat ABSOLUTELY. The cheese queso was literally IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT because it was so stringy. Will NEVER get this again! Rest of the meal was absolutely delicious but the queso was STUPID,

    Service was slow, food was cold, drinks not enjoyable. Be aware they add 5% to your ticket automatically to tip the kitchen staff…they don’t tell you until you get the bill.

    Great shady spot along 16th in LODO. The corn elote fritters are SO GOOD! The rest of the meal was good but not great (we had happy hour street tacos, ahi tuna salad and lime chicken; my husband loved the ahi salad). 2 out of the 3 margs at our table were very sweet (I've had better margs). Overall, I'd return during happy hour and get a cold draft beer and an order of the fritters, and maybe try another happy hour dish.
