Terrible food. Ridiculous service . Could not get anything right from the order to the bill Noise level off the charts. Way to loud. Will never go back In addition,the price for that quality of food is hideous. I am all for paying for good food whatever the price may be, but that food was just awful,l all six entrees.

The food was terrible- I ordered the chicken club and they forgot to remove some sort of paper wrapper from the inside of the sandwich.

Worst service ever. Ruined our Father’s Day. Attitude from the servers as if we were bothering them. Took over 20 minutes to bring us water. There were dirty glasses and floaters in the water. Dirty silverware. I couldn’t believe it. Took over 40 minutes to get appetizers and we got our specialty drinks after that. Honestly I wouldn’t even complain if the service was friendly. But everyone even our waitress was rude and would walk away before you could finish your sentence. People would walk by hear you calling them and ignore you. Absolutely such a joke. I couldn’t believe how bad everything was.

Nice meal with son and his girlfriend. I was able to dodge the spilling of whole glass of beer that landed on seat next to me as server miss judged delivery.

According to the manager, reservations made through OpenTable aren’t actual reservations and are treated as Waitlist. They gave priority seating to parties who made reservations directly with the restaurant. Never booking with them again using OpenTable. Booked my reservation for 9:30pm and got seated around 10:45pm. Our waiter was very friendly and great and tried to make up for the poorly managed booking situation by the manager and her hosts.

Very grateful for BJ's because they support Special Olympics with Tip-A-Cop. The Special Olympics athletes rely on support from customers dining at BJ's. Law enforcement officers give their time to support our athletes and they make the event a success. Thank you to BJ's for hosting and OC Special Olympic athletes with our law enforcement officers for serving customers and making it fun for everyone.

This is the 2nd X in less than 6 months & same thing happened. I ordered boneless chicken wings literally 6 pieces of chicken and all bread scaps. This X around I did complain I refused to pay. They did bring another plate free of charge. They also brought the food separately meaning half of my family members were halfway by the time the rest of food came. Also 2 plates were not what we ordered, by then we were so annoyed, we just ate it. Our glasses were empty most of the time, I don't blame the waiter I feel they're overwhelming them with more table/ratio. 2nd waiter gave better service & we could see him running around poor guy! Portions are visibly smaller & prices higher. Not worth it for the awful service. Will not go again.
