Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We had a reservation for 6:30 and we were able to get seated at 6:15, since we had been waiting for a while our party of 6 was able to look at the menu and we were able to order pretty quickly at 6:30. We got our drinks and we had still not gotten our food at 7. We had a reservation for 7:20 at the escape room at the outlets so we had to let our server know we needed boxes to go since we needed to make our reservation. The food came to us at around 7:05 along with the boxes. We tried to eat as fast as possible but were disappointed once more when we all realized our food was cold and it was probably sitting in the back for a while. We did not have time to let the server know our food was cold as we were already rushing. The manager did apologize for our long wait and offered us a discount in our bill which was appreciated but either way it was extremely disappointing and frustrating to have to wait as long as we did and receive cold food that we truly did not even get to enjoy.

The service was reasonably good, the steak was good, but the deep dish ziti barely had any meat in it, maybe a tablespoon.

Server never asked to refill iced teas nor get another soup or salad when unlimited. Poor server experience and the salads were not very good. Tortilla soup better than average.

It was a great time. We came with a reservation and when it became our turn we took our seats and had a delicious meal.

Great varied menu and some good specials. Our server was very attentive. The food always comes out amazingly fast, even at busy hours.

Food was cold, had to wait 15 minutes post entree delivery for two of the entrees, felt like they forgot to bring out our food. You pay the premium to eat out and the food value the experience, was there. Best part of the meal? A BJs draft blonde beer! Waiter was great, brought everything and was on it. Was very attentive and I appreciate him. Honestly, have no plans to eat here again.

The overall experience was great. However the value, portion size and taste of my meal was not worth the price

Everything was great but it took the server 15 minutes to charge us the tab! He had our card in his hand and went off to 3 other tables and took their orders etc when he could’ve easily just charged our card and not have us waiting 15 minutes. Also unprofessional to have our card in his hands WHILE he visited 3 other tables. I had to follow him with my eyes at each table to make sure no one took a picture of our card. I shouldn’t even have to worry about that. Please respect each guests time and privacy of payment forms. Thank you.

Out waitress was great and attentive. Food was so so. My burger was fine. The side ($3.99) of onion ring, (5) ea. not memorable. My wife had the French dip. Low quality meat. Not worth the price.
