Tap Room (First Floor): Reservations are available only during lunch hours and on Monday evenings. This space operates on a walk-in only basis outside of those times. Service is via QR code, offering Chinese street food-inspired dishes and a rotating selection of local draft beers. Please note: There is a 90-minute dining limit.

Tea Room (Second Floor): A more traditional yet lively dining experience with a curated menu, extensive tea selection, wine list, and a tea-centric cocktail program. The ambiance is designed for a fun, social experience, featuring a DJ on Tuesday, Thursday – Saturday for an upbeat atmosphere.

I love Bao brewhouse. The host was a bit rude, but everything else was amazing. The food never disappoints and our actual waiter was very kind.

Overall it was pretty good, I did think the all you can eat was a bit misleading since you could only get 2 flavors and apparently before it was only one type. The food was pretty good, service was a bit slow.

We had to sit in the tea room because downstairs doesn't accept reservations. I've been to Bao before and have enjoyed it. It took 30 minutes from the time the we sat until we got our first drink. Told our waiter that we were tight on time because we had a show to make and then every time we needed him he was flirting with 2 girls at a different table. The food upstairs is insanely expensive and not worth it. $22 for 5 bao is criminal. The fried rice was greasy and uninspired. Just food made with no heart. Also, stop having DJ's play in you restaurant. It was 6:30 pm...why am I having to scream at my table so my friends can hear me? An unpleasant experience from start to finish.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Booked a table of 8 to celebrate my engagement with my family. We got a curved booth on the upper level which was cozy and perfect to be able to see/ talk with the whole group. Our server Matthew did a phenomenal job!!!! We decided let him curate our family style experience and every dish that came out was 100/10. Nothing disappointed. They also brought out a champagne tree with bubbles as a celebratory toast. Highly highly recommend!!

What an incredible night out. The vibes are upbeat and mysterious. Each dish is made to perfection. Lots of options for gluten free. The cocktail menu is definitely on point and you can’t go wrong. I really enjoyed this experience and will definitely be back again.

We dined in the Tea Room (upstairs) staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Nick, our waiter, was extremely polite and his suggestions were great. The ambiance was very pleasant and the food was quite delicious.
