Tap Room (First Floor): Reservations are available only during lunch hours and on Monday evenings. This space operates on a walk-in only basis outside of those times. Service is via QR code, offering Chinese street food-inspired dishes and a rotating selection of local draft beers. Please note: There is a 90-minute dining limit.

Tea Room (Second Floor): A more traditional yet lively dining experience with a curated menu, extensive tea selection, wine list, and a tea-centric cocktail program. The ambiance is designed for a fun, social experience, featuring a DJ on Tuesday, Thursday – Saturday for an upbeat atmosphere.

Expensively mediocre with an odd service model. Failed to anticipate elevated business with a concert nearby at Ball Arena, although appropriately-staffed, there didn't appear to be a service plan in place that would ensure food running, table greets and ticket timing. Ordered a beer and waited 20min for it to arrive - I noted our waiter glanced over, startled, and ran off to the bar to find it. I suspect he'd forgotten about it and no one else ran it for him. Food was very slow and erratic (green beans for instance took 30min from order to delivery) and, for the price, the fare was over-sauced and held under lamps until they were room temperature. Our waiter was charming and did apologize, but seemed overwhelmed. Host called for help seating but had to do it herself when she couldn't get a response (someone apologized at the top of the stairs) - overall a disappointing experience for the price point. Won't be back.

Service was fine, not spectacular, but fine and met minimum expectations. The Kobe Beef dumplings and the Shrimp Shumai were amazing (although the shrimp shumai was different from every other shrimp shumai I’ve tasted), but the Xiao Long Bao was ok. If you’ve had Xiao Long Bao before, this is not the normal flavor profile, and the ginger vinegar and chili oil they serve with it is much sweeter than normal vinegar and chili oil I’ve tasted with XLB. For people who have never had XLB and have nothing to compare it to, you will probably like it. Admittedly, everything was pricey for the value, but I think you’re also paying for the ambience and the location. It was also incredibly hot in the tea room and I had to go to the bathroom multiple times to cool off.

Food was absolutely delicious! We tried several of the dumplings and the short rib bao and really enjoyed them. I will say Dump Em Out Tuesday is pretty misleading as it only applies to the soup dumplings. Not worth it but everything is pretty tasty. Service wasn't great - our server was pretty stand offish and seemed put out every time we asked for something. He never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Aside from our main server, everyone else was cool. Restaurant itself is pretty loud - they had a DJ blasting music so it felt like a Las Vegas restaurant. Fun vibe but if you're looking to have a serious conversation, may go somewhere else haha.

Food was so good! Service was amazing. Tea room was not open the day we went so we had to sit on lower level on bar stools. Would have preferred a chair with a back. But outside if that, everything was great. Will definitely return!

For a fancy dinner and date night not the atmosphere I was expecting and have been there before with a friend it was quiet to be able to talk to the person in front of you. This time I went and the entire time we were saying what to each other and the wait staff it was too loud. Unexpected DJ playing 2000’s EDM very loudly.

Love this location for pre-DCPA shows. Service tends to always be Super slow though… took 45+ minutes to get our food. Plan ahead if you’re going to a show.
