Great food. Wonderful service. The atmosphere is wonderful. We made reservations a while ago. We were seated next to the tanks which was nice. Our server was very friendly and on top of our needs.
Their dinners were absolutely delicious with large portions
Wait staff was phenomenal
Food was really good. Definitely on the above average price side. Only some areas have a view of the fish tanks. I thought it was more immersive and surround views of the fish and tanks.
The grilled shrimp was overcooked and chewy, the calamari was not hot when it arrived at the table, the stuffed crab was dry. The tank needed cleaned. It was expensive to have such a poor meal.
We came in for lunch after walking through the aquarium with 4 small children. Our servers were very nice, but it took over an hour for our food to come out. The kids couldn’t sit still any longer and got really restless. Please remember most of your customers have children that need to get in and out a little quicker. The atmosphere was fun though, just not enough to hold the attention span of small children.
The food was wonderful and service was great as well.
The service was slow, the food was overpriced— especially for the quality. We went once before on Valentine’s Day and it was also not great, but that’s a hard night for restaurants so we thought we’d give it another chance. Never again.
Always a treat at this place, we are always treated wonderfully and the food is always excellent. Our favorite date night spot.
The ambiance is the best part, the aquarium, the lighting, the music and the mood. The food is good (not excellent yet fresh and enjoyable), but a little pricey for the quality (think theme park). It was more quiet than usual as the mermaid shows are still on pandemic pause, less little kids running through the restaurant to see the mermaids. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable evening. Our waitress was friendly, just not on top of refills, condiments etc. I
Overall a good experience for me and grandson (9 years old). Obviously I could manage the cost. However, thousands of families cannot afford to eat at the Aquarium (or even take the adventure tour or other programs). That makes me really sad.
A very nice environment to enjoy delicious drinks and food
I understand, as a seafood restaurant, vegetables and pasta is not the specialty. However, it’s still an upscale restaurant and definitely not worth the price for watery bland food. No matter what you order, every item should be just as delicious as the other. Rustic vegetable pasta could definitely be improved upon.
Family in town
Everything was perfect definitely a great experience for this New Mexico gal!
Delicious food and an amazing view! So fun, will definitely be eating there again!
The food was great the atmosphere was fun. It’s great for a bite to eat before or after visiting the exhibit. The drinks were super yummy.
The food and service was amazing. It wasn't until the end when the servers did not know how I was going to get the glass that I paid for. Then when I went to get it, they were out. The manager told the other employee, in front of me, "tell her that we are out and she will have to pick another one". Other than that the visit was great.
Was nice to try something different but felt like menu items were a little pricey for what we ordered. The service was excellent and the manager kept checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone was very friendly!
Nice views, good family setting, quiet, quick service.
Great place for kids! Server was attentive to our needs and checked on us regularly
The quality of food we received was NOT worth the ridiculously expensive prices they charged. Service was poor and slow even though there were maybe 10 tables and at least 7 different servers we saw. Overall, you are paying for the experience.
Found was not great. Service was I credible. Overall experience was fun
For our party of 9, I needed to reserve separate tables for 4+5, with separate emails. When arriving at the restaurant, they were able to seat all of us at one table. The food and service were both very good!
Ambiance was fun! Food was great! And the service was amazing!
The manager went above and beyond when our food came out not quite perfect. Desserts were delicious and ambience was unbeatable with fish tank right next to our table.
Took our kids through the aquarium then to eat at the restaurant. We got seats right next to the fish which the kids loved. The food was amazing and the people were friendly!
Great experience, wonderful service! We will be back for another visit!
We had a 115 reservation but did not get seated until 145. Then after ordering, the food also took another 45 min to come. The front desk service seemed annoyed by our presence. The waitress was nice and informed us she was new but was very slow and told us the wrong information about prices.
Love the atmosphere. Matt was a very friendly and helpful server. The drinks and food were a good value and so tasty.
Although it was a little pricey it was definitely worth the experience we would do it again
We enjoyed it. The food was pretty good. The service was great. It was fun day visiting the aquarium and then eating in the restaurant.
It was a nice visit. The food was as expected. Service was good.
We were sat right by the servers and entrance when the place appeared nearly empty. The food was ok, lobster was good but the steak was waaaaay overdone.
The food was tasty and excellently prepared. We wished there was slightly more. The lobster tail was small. I was expecting a slightly larger lobster tail for the price we paid. Other than that, everything else was great!!
Food was cold and not very flavorful for what you pay for it.
Nice combination of ambiance and sea/fish integration. Great for kinds and families if a little pricey. Seafood is adequate and does not stand out on its own.
We were sat and never got a waiter, I had to go to the host stand 3 times, maybe comp my next meal and I will think about going back , we spent about 160 in the restaurant and 40 on tickets for two people , definitely not worth it , very poor restaurant employees
I love the Captain’ Platter❤️❤️❤️And the kids enjoyed their children friendly meal too.
Service was on the slow side.
Wife's dish quite spicy, lime chicken wraps, and was not expected to be so.
