We arrived at 7 and were seated right away. Our waitress was very sweet! However, she didn’t bring us water and it took 15 minutes to get our soda’s. We ordered food and waited another 30 minutes until asking for a manager. After 5 minutes our waitress came to check on us and ensured us that our food was on its way. We asked her to see the manager. Another 5 minutes passed and we went to the hostess station to pay for our sodas. We mentioned waiting for the manager and another server ran off to find them. We eventually left as no one seemed to care about us paying for our sods and our experience. The setting is very cool as were the merimaids.

Grace our server made the experience 5 star! She was amazing! Music was a bit too loud as I couldn’t even talk to my table very well but other than that pretty good time!

Definitely try and eat at this restaurant if you are spending the day at the aquarium! It’s the perfect ending to the day. The food (fish and chips) was good, our server was great and the service was very fast. There was also a mermaid show during dinner which was fun! There is lots of noise with the music during the show and kids running around but that is to be expected!

Overall disappointment the staff was lackluster and forgetful little effort was made to host, serve, or read reservation notes. Just save your time and money skip the restaurant and spend the money elsewhere on Platte River local businesses

The Aquarium restaurant was great - our group of 5 enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the service was good. We had a toddler with us, so the wait on the appetizers was a little challenging for her. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We went for the first time for Father’s Day dinner. Got an awesome table right next to the fish tank, our two toddlers loved it. We asked upon ordering for any of the kids’ food to be brought out as soon as possible, and were assured it would be. Food took an hour to arrive and only did so after speaking with the manager (apparently the kitchen was down for over half an hour, we were told at this point). With two small kids, this was a challenge, to say the least. Food and cocktails weren’t anything great, but they were fine. The aquarium was great but I would skip the restaurant.
