It was great to do something normal again. I had a awesome time with my wife and kids and really can’t wait to do it again. Thank u
Great service, food and atmosphere. We had reservations for 2:00 pm but didn’t anticipate how quickly we would get through the Aquarium. We went to the front desk around 11:45 and they sat us immediately, to our great surprise! We were with our 5 year old granddaughter who was enthralled with everything and she loved her chicken fingers and we enjoyed the fish and chips and clam chowder. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.
We (2) went for restaurant week. We ordered the tilapia and added lobster tails. I rated the food a 4/5 because my fish was slightly undercooked and the tails were super small and not worth the extra $15. The food was seasoned well all except for the rice which was very dry. I love how cute the setup was and was surprised at how quiet it was considering the amount of children. I was not a fan of the location. It's like the restaurant was an afterthough and pushed off to the side in the back. Getting in and out to use the restroom was terrible going through the gift shop. Our server was ok but could have been a little more attentive.
Food was awful and undercooked. Good service, drinks and atmosphere.
Matt, our server was amazing. The ambiance was great. The food was alright.
The food was so good and our waiter was awesome!!!
Other than the host. We found the workers at the restaurant unfriendly.
Food came out extremely cold. Had to send it back and by then ate in a hurry. Waitress seemed overworked. She ended up giving my debit card to a completely different table. Not worth the $100 spent there
The young lady at the check-in podium seemed more interested in gabbing with her coworker then getting us seated. Even as she was walking us to our table she stopped to talk for an entire minute or two with one of the servers while we just stood there without any acknowledgment from her whatsoever. We were seated in a booth which is nice, but we saw several tables open right at the aquarium. It would have been nice to have been asked if we had a preference of seating. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The manager took the time to stop by and ask us how our experience was. Overall it was great. We will definitely go back.
The service was excellent!! The food was good, but more expensive than it was worth. Great experience being by the fish though.
Excellent service. And EXCELLENT FOOD! Kids loved looking at the fish in the tank and barely wanted to stay seated and eat! 10/10 recommend
My son had his 8th birthday dinner here and he was ecstatic! He loved the views of the fishes and he loved his food! Next time we visit Denver, we will definitely be coming back!
Great food and service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the aquarium.
Good Visit. Great Service. Entire family enjoyed it.
First time there and decided to try out restaurant week. We enjoyed it very much. The servers and hostess was very friendly and great at what they do. We will definitely be back
The experience of the sea life is what makes this restaurant. Clam Chowder was good! The other dishes like Fettuccine Alfredo was mediocre.
Service could have been better, took 20 minutes to get 4 house salads. Constantly tried to get waiters attention. He seemed to be overwhelmed with his work load.
Food was overpriced but, fair in light of the ambiance. Hoping to return and try and better entrée.
We had the best time. Physical distancing done well. Our server was very friendly. We had the stake and lobster and it was beyond amazing. Brought our 3 1/2 year old grand daughter, six weeks old grandson and daughter. Every one had a great time. We will be back.
First off I made a reservation for 9:15pm, arrived at 8:50. Did not get seated until 9:30pm, the time they close. I requested booth in my reservation and they still sat us at a table. From the moment we sat down we were rushed to place our order. We had never been there before and had no idea what was on the menu. We also knew we wanted to get a few drinks because we were there celebrating my birthday. All 4 of us decided to all get the same drink. It took well over 20 min for the drinks to come, mind you the restaurant was closed so there was just a few tables left. Not even 30 seconds after our drinks get to the table are we being asked if we wanted another because the bar was closing. We hadn’t even been able to taste the first one let alone decide on a second. Poor planning on not having reserved tables ready is not our fault and we should not have to rush our time. Needless to say we decided against a second drink and placed our food order. Waiter did her best but not knowing what kind of fish is used with the fish and fries meal is not ideal. While waiting for food the tank lights turned off so we couldn’t even see the fish! The whole point of coming there is to have dinner and be able to see the fish. So that was a major let down. Again, I made reservations days in advance because we came from Texas and it was my birthday. Complete birthday let down. When the table together is spending close to $200 I expect a little better service.
45 min wait despite reservation, was re-seated to a new table 3 times, waiter was the bar tender who did as good as he could and not his fault.
It was amazingly beautiful, highly recommended, amazing food
Visited for Restaurant Week. The food was excellent. As was the service.
We went for restaurant week, had a different menu which was so nice. Food was great I will go again.
It is exactly what you think-a gimmicky restaurant which has a cool environment with the aquariums surround. This is a chain restaurant which I did not realize , so food is what you expect a classic menu with decent pieces of meat alongside mash and seasonal veg, not chef inspired. The food was good but a bit overpriced for what it is. I will say the servers were very attentive, although we had a reservation for 7:15 arrived a few minutes before but wasn't seated to nearly 8PM-what is the point of a reservation if you are just getting in the que to wait?
It was decent, definitely nothing special or out of the ordinary. Made multiple requesting for things we needed and only ever got them when we were leaving so it was kinda pointless and they hardly checked on us.
Very good food and neat atmosphere! We loved it, but the food was a bit more expensive than we anticipated.
Server forgot to put our order in. We waited over an hour with our children in the booth and watched 3 tables sat after us not only receive their meal but finish it in entirety.
Overpriced average food
The decor is great, booth comfortable
Watching the fish swimming while seated was enjoyable.
Loud, screaming, exhausted toddlers all over the gift shop /waiting area & the restaurant
The eating area smells very strongly just like a fish tank literally.
Really lost my appetite from that
Wouldn't eat here again
Customer service is horrible. My daughter ordered mini hot dogs and they brought a regular hot dog. When I asked for something else the so called manager, Rasheed told me to cut it in half. She also ordered a slush. They had no signatures cups as advertised and it never arrived. My husbands hamburger was wrong and TO PUT THE TOPPING ON THE CAKE. WHEN RASHEED WAS QUESTIONED HE AGGRESSIVELY DROPPED MY PLATE OF PASTA IN FRONT OF ME. FOR THE PRICE, food was was ok but not worth being treated so poorly. We will never return and warn others, do no visit this place if you want some sort of average restaurant customer service.
Hostess seemed a bit confused , bit of a wait for having a reservation. However, our server , the food, and the ambiance made up for it. Dessert was especially good too!
Good was delicious however the waitress was all over the place and was short with us. We understand it’s a busy night but you don’t treat your customers as if they’re an annoyance. She rushed us. Honestly we almost left but due to the wait to be seated after our reservation we were hungry and wanted to just get through the night.
Restaurant week was delicious. Service was a little slow but overall we loved the experience.
Took 45 minutes to get food. Ended up not being able to walk through the aquarium because we didn’t get done eating before kiddos bed time.
Fantastic place. I always love going here. I have always loved the aquarium and the restaurant has always been in point
Food was good everything was good but just not sure why it needs to be so expensive.
Well I don’t know where to start,so I’m going to jump right in starting when We walked in it was my birthday had family with us We hadn’t seen in a long time. Myself wife and my son we walked in and were kindly greeted by Itzel and Alex,We were seated and asked what we all would like to drink,we got our drinks at a fair amount of time then couple in our party ordered food, while in the whole entire time we had our drinks and then some, let’s just say at least 45 minutes to an hour and food was not served! We were not notified of how long it would be for our food to be served our server Caitlin did not return to our table! So at this point we were starving my wife and I were totally embarrassed how it was my birthday and had family we hadn’t seen in a long time, invited them here to the aquarium and were treated by the server Caitlin terribly! We then went and spoke with the catering manager Rachid who also signed us up for a landry card which doesn’t work a total waste of our time. This experience was so embarrassing that we would not recommend to anyone to go to the aquarium terrible experience and we will be speaking out.
Great overall experience. The only thing I didn’t like was the calamari. Great service.
Our waitress was HORRIBLE, I truly have never had such poor service in my life. The food was good but we were unable to enjoy our evening due the low quality of service. If I could’ve kept my money I would have.
This restaurant was great! The food is all made to order and outstanding! The service was great...thanks Matt! Good atmosphere and I would definitely go again.
