I found this piece of plastic in my Mermaid Punch Drink as I was eating the ice out of the cup, I almost swallowed it, I spit it out in my hand and calmly called the manager to my table, Rachid he said his name was. He took the piece out of my hand and would not give it back. He went and got another guy from the back and gave it to him, he crushed it said "on no" and walked away, never to see him again. Not only was there absolutely no acknowledgement of what happened from the manager but I was not compensated at all, not even the drink that the piece was found in, although my meal had already been paid for by this time and was waiting on a birthday cupcake to go, I was told there was nothing he was going to do, then told me that I was the one who put this piece of plastic in my own drink, and that he has nothing in the establishment that could have caused it, he was reluctant to give me the number to cooperate and told me he would take my info and handle it, but he would do nothing about the night if I called them myself. this was my first time there and I will never go back.
The service was great. They took great safety precautions and all treated our 2 year old with a lot of care. It was a fun experience to sit next to the big tank and watch the fish as we ate. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the atmosphere and experience.
Loved it! Food was awesome and loved watching the fish. Our daughter had a great birthday there Sunday.
My salad was full of gross ice burg lettuce, too much dressing. Not worth $22. Kids pizzas were so bad they didn’t eat.
It was out of this world experience.
The food was amazingly good.
The service great.
I cant remember our waiters name “Vietnamese American” he was funny, attentive, and in top of his game.
The manager was funny and hilarious as well. The place is beautiful and our 9 year old had a birthday dinner to remember for a lifetime.
Solid spot to check out the fish while eating...Would recommend it for families, not necessarily for a nice date or anything like that.
The food was delicious. The restaurant was relaxing. We thought we had a better view of the aquarium by sitting in a comfortable booth rather than at the table and chairs next to the window.
El menú muy pequeño, la comida está bien
Was my daughters birthday. Took whole family including grandkids . They were great at accommodating and very friendly
The AQUARIUM used to be a great place to celebrate birthdays... we always celebrated both of ours at once, EVERY year (we drive 8 hours to get there).
This year (not Covid-related) the menu us very limited, no hush puppies, the host (Aaron) was VERY rude and did not even acknowledge us for 4-5 minutes, while we were standing right in front of him.
Parking across the street is $8.00, and they ONLY validate between 6:00 and 8:00 pm (they used to validate anytime).
The server was good, but we felt rushed after only 35-40 minutes and spending $120.00 between 2 of us. VERY disappointed.
Amazing, from moment we arrived till we left we really enjoyed it
Outstanding food and service in a unique setting. The restaurant is a treat in it’s own right, not just as an appendage to a venue.
Had a wonderful time! Staff was great! Partybroom was nice and everything for my sons birthday was perfect!
The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Great place and definitely a good time.
This is a fun place to eat. Great steak and lobster for market price.
Fun for kids and the service was great. We finished sooner then we thought with the Aquarium and they were able to seat us early
First, I had my hopes high as the prices are outrageous at this restaurant. I ordered the Fried Cheese w/ Fried Onions. The Fried Onions were pretty much raw w/ fried batter covering them. The overpriced Caesar Salad was tasteless with spoiled red pieces of lettuce. I thought my partner and I would have a special, memorable dinner, but nothing about this restaurant was special. The fish are cool .
Food was very plane and just typical. Trying to get the visitors money
Great great great
The food was amazing the romance package was delightful, def planing to go back ❤️
I was very disappointed with the service that we received. We had higher expectations of the place in ambience. Although we had the same reservation as everyone else, our server would not move us closer to the Fish tank despite our request several times and spots opening up several times
We went for the Valentine’s Day package and it was incredible! Awesome food, great service, and a special experience. Would definitely come back to celebrate special occasions!
My chicken was dry which itnever is in over 10 years of coming here. And the service was the worst. We saw our waitress maybe 3 times and had to ask a manager for our check.
I made reservations online got the romance under the sea for my mother in law and husband. Our waitress was so slow, we were seated 30 minutes before she brought us water. I signed up for the special meal and according to Amy they could just split the one romance dinner for my mother in law, since she didn’t have a date. So after she took our order 45 minutes after being seated she said we couldn’t split the package for her she would have to choose something else. She went to talk to someone and they said we could. From our reservation time to checking out was almost 3 hours. We never got refills on water and she never asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We did not get our champagne and we were 30 minutes late to our exhibit time slot. 220 for dinner for 3 people? And no steak knives. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them for special occasions.
Food and drinks were amazing! Server was great. Great price!
Great Valentine's dinner plus exhibits was all we needed in this pandemic
Food and service was amazing! The waiter was very attentive to us and made sure we were well taken care of.
Good place for family fun. The Romance under the sea package was a little deceiving. I expected for the price and the menu it would be a little more for couples and fancier. Even close off an area and decorate a bit. I feel for a romantic evening I was robbed a bit. Definitely will return to restaurant for a casual family night. Definitely not for Valentines dinner.
Amazing place to eat! So much fun and the food is great!!
Great place! Friendly relaxed place. Good restaurant service. Fun activity to da as a family. Loved meet and great with Tortoises. Would encourage others to visit.
We came here as a family and had a great time in the aquarium. When we went to eat dinner we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to great our table. She was rushing us the entire time. We did the under the sea romance package and I asked her what the baked Brie was and she said it she thinks it is fish. ( it’s actually cheese) she forgot to bring our salads before our meal and I asked for no mushrooms in my entree and it came with mushrooms. As a customer I was a little upset but I am a waitress as well and don’t like to complain. I’m sad to say I am a great tipper and unfortunately the service was too bad to leave her even 20% I still left her more then she deserved and I wish I would have spoke to the manger. I would go again just hope to get a different waitress.
Valentines Day special was ok, good choices and the venue is really cool.
Romance package was purchased for Valentine dinner...awesome value!!! Food was great and plentiful for two..had to leave left overs as we were visiting from out of town. Would definitely recommend this place!!!! Our server was attentive and did not disappoint.
The food overall was amazing and the aquarium was beautiful
The scenery was great and fun! Our waitress was great and the guy running the front booth was nice and good at his job. The food on the other hand was below average for high prices. I got the steak and shrimp which is like 31 dollars. The steak was so chewy, we both gave up on the steak half way through. The Shrimp were okay, but had that fishy smell and taste that is not good. I would prefer food from a fast food place to eat in the scenery.
This place is great to visit with kids, but the food is just terrible. The fish is inedible - rubbery and lacks seasoning. The sides look microwaved and the veggies are wilted. The ambiance and the mermaid show help, but I wish they stepped up their food game
It was quite pricey for what was offered, which I was okay with because of the setting that was offered...until the chicken on mine and my son's chicken alfredo came out completely raw after waiting for over 30 minutes for our food. The manager's comped our food and got us a new dish, but weren't very friendly or apologetic about what had happened.
Food was cold and took a long time considering the amount of people with social distancing mandates. My Oder was wrong.
I really expected this restaurant to be phenomenal. I had high expectations going in because of the prices on the menu and where it was located. The ambience was cool, my kids really enjoyed sitting next to the large tank and watching the fish swim around and all the decor was really neat. However, it seemed like they spent more money on decor than on the food, or a decent chef. For a single plate -costing over $24- I expected hot food, crunchy or crispy breading, decent tartar or cocktail sauce, etc — I expected decent food. Instead, the calamari was freezer burnt, and not only could you taste it, but you could see it. The breading had zero flavor, and it was cool to the touch immediately after getting to the table. The plate was hot, but not the food. Everything seemed just bleh. For the price (I spent $77 on 4 dishes...2 were kids meals, one appetizer and one entree) I expected much better. Our server was very attentive and nice, so that’s a plus! It was a really cool experience but I’d never return.
We had not been out for over a year and it was a pleasure to sit in a restaurant and enjoy a meal - good old times.
I am hoping that we are all up and running at full capacity, we need to get back to normal!
thank you for being patience and trying to survive in a difficult time.
