Service was slow and table was to small. Food was okay
kids just love it. very relaxing watching the fish. lots of food and drink choices.
It was just ok, food was good but not great. Loved sitting by aquarium glass and watching fish. Bathrooms were absolutely filthy 🥴
Fun atmosphere, awesome staff! The ambiance is super cool. Going once for the experience is fun, but once is probably enough. Food is generally underwhelming and slightly overpriced. It seems like the majority of the food is likely frozen. There are lots of fried food options on the menu. Hard to tell what would come to the table fried or fresh - none of what we ordered was fresh.
Great overall experience. My family LOVED this place!
Don't let the Disney-esque feel of the Aquarium fool you--the food here is excellent. The crab and shrimp dip was delicious, as was the snapper! Would definitely recommend.
Waitress was awesome food was decent. Way too many kids and the place looks like a chucky cheese.
The atmosphere was awesome! We got to sit right in front so we saw all the fish and sharks. The tour was really nice my kiddos loved it
Just amazed at the menu and how great the red snapper was. For a restaurant in this kind of venue all expectations were blown away.
I got the fisherman’s platter and it was soooo good. Even the white rice was well seasoned and buttered. I loved everything from the food to the aquarium.
Our dinner was amazing and our wait was quickly we had a great time for sure
The service was amazing and friendly, food was super delicious and worth every penny for the experience and the food. I would love to come back here again!
We had a great time! Thank you for the wonderful experience for my sons birthday
The food was not worth the prices. We liked the atmosphere though.
The service was outstanding
The food was large servings for the price!
The restaurant is beautiful, but the hostesses and wait staff are horrible. Hostesses were rude and dismissive. Our waitress sat us down, and we did see her for 35 minutes. We had to flag down another waiter so he could go and tell her that we needed refills. When we were leaving, we seen her in the resting area. Apparently she had been in there for our entire visit. Great food and atmosphere, but everything else needs help.
The dining area is a very unique and feels like you’re in an ocean environment with fish all around you; such a neat experience. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was delicious!! Great food and drink menu too! We’ll be going back for sure!!
We had a great time. The food was mostly on point. Drinks good but pricey.
The Aquarium Restaurant - Downtown Denver was about what you would expect. Does not have the "underwater" feel that it sells on the website. The food is okay, ambiance is fun, server was great and kids love it.
Awesome visit. Didn’t expect the food to be so good. Just went for the experience so pleasantly surprised at the good food. Yes will recommend to others.
My husband, my daughter and I came to dine-in at the restaurant at the downtown aquarium and let's just say, I enjoyed my experience overall. The service was great, our server was very attentive to our needs. The food there was delicious. I really enjoyed my steak and lobster. Thank you Aquarium Restaurant for giving us Californians such a great experience.
I got the shrimp and gator tacos. I did not like that the shrimp was wrapped in bacon. It overpowered everything.
Pricey but you pay for the experience. The food was ok, nothing too complain or complement. A mermaid swam by while we were eating and my daughter was so excited! They loved all the fish swimming around! Overall it was a good family dinner. But definitely will spend $$$ on the dinner.
The food was good and the atmosphere was lovely-we were seated by the fish tank which was perfect for our pre-schooler and kept her occupied while we enjoyed a leisurely meal. The best part of our meal was the service-Lexi was upbeat, fun, helpful, and one of the best servers we’ve ever had the privilege to meet! She made the whole experience one of the best of our vacation. Splurge a little and enjoy the Aquarium Restaurant-worth the money!
Food was amazing ..exactly what I would expect from a Landry's! Howerver, Service was horrible. The waiter never put in our order for the appetizer and tried to play it off like we never ordered it AFTER he corrected us what it was called. after bringing our main course, we never saw him again. I had to flag someone down (I think it was the manager) to bring a box and take care of our bill.
The hostess stand was BEYOND rude! Genuinely the most inconsiderate hostess I’ve ever come into contact with. I would not take the sleeping baby out of the stroller and asked to keep the stroller near me. She rolled her eyes and laughed at me. I will never return! It is such a beautiful atmosphere. But the hostess was rude and the service at the table was pretty horrific as well. Brought out the wrong drinks and seemed irritated when we asked for ketchup and mustard.
We enjoyed our lunch at the Aquarium Restaurant. The kid meals were a bit high priced considering that we had toddlers with us. Perhaps offering smaller portions for smaller kids, and a lower price might be an option. There was a problem with our bill, but our waitress promptly had it changed. My only complaint is that the gift shop MUST be passed through to get to the restrooms, which seems like an unnecessary burden on parents of young children. We enjoyed the experience, but probably wouldn't spend the money to eat there again.
Aquarium was good, food was tasty, but overpriced, but quantity offset the price. Too pricy for a family of 3-4. If money not an issue, go for it.
What a horrible waiter. The restaurant was half full when we arrived , and we were not happy with the host's table. We asked if we could switch tables. The server said that the table was not in his section, and we could not move...When we asked about the menu, he just pointed back at the menu. We had to ask for bread about 16 min into our meal. Over all a disappointing experience
Incredibly overpriced and very mediocre! Seafood was obviously frozen, not fresh! Very few options. And once again, incredibly overpriced!
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Everything was delicious!
Very positive experience. Our booth had a great view of the fish tank and giant fish. Appetizer and entrees were large portions and delicious. Server was attentive. Highly recommend if you visit the aquarium or nearby, add this to your list.
Asked to sit by a wall because of several small children. Host was rude and condescending and said no. Several tables by the walls remained open and available while we were there.
Server got very weeded getting sat a couple parties at once. I asked a passing manager for a drink refill. Instead of just getting me a glass of water, he went to yell at the server and make her bring me the water. Horrible management, terrible employees. Very poor leadership, not concerned about guest experience.
The food was good and served quickly. A little expensive, but Nice atmosphere and the server was great.
Bauer sat my date and I near the aquarium. Very romantic. Great waiter - very patient with us.
Amazing views, delicious food, and great service!! We had a wonderful evening!
Requested the water room on a Tuesday when I made our reservation for a Friday to celebrate our engagement. We were seated at the very first table next to the host stand and next to the sign that says "water room". Our appetizer was dropped on the kitchen floor and was re-fired and delivered before our two drinks even made it to the table. Management was generous enough to knock $6 off the bill.
We were seated in a more secluded area which was perfect with 3 kiddos. Best service I have had in a long time and food was perfect. Only thing that would have made it better would have been to see the mermaids
The food was mediocre at best and very pricey; but you’re paying for the experience.
it was good. the rest of this sentence is filler.
