Great overall experience. The only thing I didn’t like was the calamari. Great service.
It was our first family vacation and our children loved every second of it! The menu is a little pricey, but worth every cent! Ended up being the perfect ending to our family vacation! This is a must do!!!
Very nice to see the fish while eating great service and good food
For the first time there every was good. It was awesome experience I would recommend this place to everyone.
The food was not good, with the prices being extremely high . I’d expect something more then what we received. Very disappointed.
I went with 5 other people and the service was horrible. We were there from St. Louis. It took our waitress forever to come get our drink AND food order. It took her forever to bring our drinks once we did order, nobody got their food and the manager never came to our table. I’d give this restaurant a strong D-
Whenever I come back to Denver I would come back. I enjoyed myself.
Waited a very long tome with reservations. Waiter was very busy….. waited extra long for drinks and then even longer for the food which was cold. Spent a lot of money for not good service
Extremely over priced, and the food was overcooked. The wait stuff was amazing.
What a GREAT experience at the Aquarium Restaurant. We dined there for dinner before touring the Aquarium and I gave them 5 Stars all the way around!! You won't be disappointed.
The waitress we had was exepctional and fantastic. The food was crap in relation to price. We had to send back one steaknasbit was over cooked. My steak and lobster came out way after the other meals. When we asked for some compilation the manger only allowed the waitress to give us a 10 percent discount. To say the least I will never eat at this establishment again nor recommend it to anyone.
Service was absolutely terrible. The table next to us was seated after us and had their food before we even had our drinks. Food was expensive and mediocre at best.
We sat near the entrance so understandably noisy and busy area but we felt well cared for by the staff. Food was delicious and we had a great encounter with some divers. Even met a very friendly barracuda 😁
Our reservation didn't matter. We checked in prior to our reservation time, were told that we would get a text when our table was ready, and 5 minutes after our reservation we had to go back to the stand to tell them we were still waiting for our table. We got sat within 2 tables after that but never got a text. Our server was a bit slow with answering questions and getting our order, but she checked in and kept our waters full. None of our food came out hot. Everything was luke warm at best. Our daughters pizza barely had the cheese melted on it. The fish and chips was dry, and the shrimp on the shrimp platter was dry. The overall experience for the price was not worth it. We had bought gift cards to try the Aquarium Restaurant, and after our first time there, we will not be back. We spoke with a manager that didn't really seem to care, or he knew what we were about to say to him so he just didn't have much to say. He gave us a discount, which was nice, but the lack of caring rubbed us the wrong way. It's not worth the price to go here.
The food is always very good, just a little pricey
had reservation at 6:45 didn’t get seated until 7:30. host said they were all booked up and we had to wait but we had reservation!
Hostess were rude and seemed overwhelmed. Didn’t greet us for several minutes while standing there. We made reservations and didn’t get in till about 45 mins after, leaving us with only 30 mins to run through the exhibit that was filled with a prom.
The service was terrible and even with a reservation the wait was very long. Took forever to even get our drink order taken and even long for food and check. The food was expensive and terrible. Shrimp was over cooked and dry and not much flavor. Will not be returning. It was out daughter’s birthday and they ruined it.
Clean everyone helpful food food was myself and 2 grandsons 2 yrs old and 3 years old. Would go back for sure
Menu didnt have much of a selection. Very basic and super over priced! Paid $25 for 4 drinks. Lame
Food was very overpriced for what they give you! The crawfish was tiny! And it’s crawfish season so that was absolutely ridiculous to see that the crawfish were slighter bigger than a dime! The music is so loud in the restaurant!! Just to have a conversation with someone you had to talk loudly. It needs to be turned down for it to be a good experience. Also I wish every restaurant including this one would learn to stop setting anything not meant for the child in front of the kid! The waitress set alcohol down within reaching distance of my child and food that was not the child’s. Thankfully my child knows better than to just instantly grab things.
Advice, coordinate your table needs in advance and show early to be sure you get what you want. The staff will do anything for you if given enough notice. Was seated at besttable to view the dining room aquarium. Right on the window. Wonderful. Also order from the favorates menu.
I would definitely go back whenever we visit the aquarium! We were seated right away and they accommodated for me even though I had a huge stroller. The waiter was super friendly and he was on top of it! The manager was way friendly as well!! Overall a great experience!
The food was good and the server was awesome ....the aquarium views throughout the restaurant were cool.
Was a great setting, food was good and we loved sitting next to the giant fish tanks.
Our service was attentive and very nice even if he did put in the wrong entree for me. It wasn’t tat big of a deal.
I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get, but we were glad we went as it was a cool experience.
Oh and get the aquarium chocolate cake for dessert, it will feed a table if 4 and it was delicious!
My wife and I had our grand daughters for a tour of the Aquarium and lunch. It was marvelous. We will go again.
Our experience was amazing. The good was delicious and the service was fast. We will definitely eat here again.
Our server was so sweet and attentive, Brianna was her name I believe. The food was fantastic! We had the creme brulee and cheesecake for dessert. It was so delicious and worth it! We got sat right next to the large tank and had a great view of the fish and scuba drivers. Make sure to make reservations, the place was packed when we got there at 1.
A little pricey for the quality of the food. It took an enormous amount of time even with a reservation, 35 minutes to get to our table ( with a reservation) and another 55 minutes to get our food. The only redeeming quality was the ambiance. Beautiful place to eat.
We ordered a lot of different food
2 different pastas didn’t like it
Kids cheeseburgers were very dry meet was overcooked.
Only vanilla ice cream and appetizers were good.
The pricing was too expensive for the quality of food and drinks.
Our food was practically ice cold, it took 2 hours to get our food and a drink for each of us. Our stake was supposed to be medium rare ended up being very tough. Our waiter disappeared for a long stints at a time. The environment is great but I'm really irritated at paying as much as we did for cold food that took an hour and a half to get to us after ordering.
The only issue I had was with the dinner. I spent almost $40 on a steak dinner that looked like it was meant for a preteen. The portions were small and the steak was a very thin cut of ribeye. Not impressed at all.
We got done with the exhibits about 30 minutes early and they were still able to seat us. It was very busy on a Saturday evening so service was a little on the slower side. If able, I would recommend reserving a booth or a table near the fish tank.
We had HORRIBLE service seemed pretty racial to me! We got a text message our table was ready and still sat 15 minutes or more to be seated once seated nobody even came to our table to say they would be with us, bring water or anything then when we get rude back they want to pay attention we will NEVER go to the Aquarium again!
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful. Watching the fish swim by as we ate was so enjoyable.
I am not sure of the quality of the food was due to the pandemic, but Landry's is not even close to what it used to be. Absolutely horrible.
Outstanding food, terrific staff, & beautiful ambiance! We will return again! Parents and kiddos had a great time! This is a great place for all ages! Thanks for great memories! We will return again looking for the same dishes! They were amazing! Thanks for a great night! I can’t remember more of a perfect evening!
The perfect place for a quite stay and delicious food
