   We had a wonderful night at Anise! The pho was delicious, as was the salt and pepper shrimp! Long, the owner, is fun to chat with, and he makes awesome cocktails! We will definitely be back!

   This restaurant was one of the most disappointing culinary experiences I can remember. The service was very poor. The wait person and the ancillary staff couldn’t speak good English. They didn’t know the menu and couldn’t make recommendations. The food was marginal, the ambiance was cold and acoustics were poor. I can’t recommend it and wouldn’t come back if it were free.

   The four of us who’ve lived in Denver for many many years, were so delighted to find this gem of a restaurant. We can’t wait to come back with our families.

   Delicious meal. We ended up with 14 at our party and we were well cared for. Could benefit from having pictures of items on the menu to get a better understanding of foodsince this was our first time. Food portions huge!

   Very nice meal until the lady came out of the kitchen screaming at the waitress. Also the owner (I assume) was sitting in the corner talking loud on his phone It could be so much better as the food was delicious.

    I have been to Anise before. I was disappointed this time. The noodles were stuck together and did not seem fresh. The meal was more expensive than I remember. I
