Best Thai food in Denver!!! Very accommodating and knowledgeable for vegan diets.
Great experience, great food!
This place was so good! We had appetizers, entrees, desert and bubbles. Everything was fantastic and I highly recommend this place. Our server was delightful as well.
Go-to place for Thai food, ambience and great service - always great service and much appreciated during the pandemic.
Great food great service even during covid. Enjoy my meal and felt safe.
Covid dining - was amazed at all the take out and delivery traffic. The ambiance isn’t the greatest but the quality of the curries is amazing and staff Thai hospitality is always friendly- our server was a doll and happy to mix it up. Medium is pretty damn hot here so sissy palates beware.
Highly recommend people to eat here... if your cannot handle heat the mild is "hotter" than most places i have been. Tasted amazing! Panaag Curry and Thai Basil were wonderful!
Ohhhhh the flavors! I love Thai food and eat it as often as I can. In comparison, this place does a great job with their flavors and seasoning. I had the red chicken curry done medium spicy. The sauce had that perfect mix of sweet and spicy. Not too thin and not too thick. The chicken tasted so fresh. The vegetables had that perfect snap to them from not being over cooked. The rice was perfectly cooked. I will definitely eat here again.
We came here for happy hour as advertised on Open Table, but once we got there they told us they weren’t actually doing happy hour anymore. We still did drinks, an app and two entrees. Drinks were good, Drunken noodles were amazing! Potstickers were OK, probably won’t order again. Would definitely go back for another try, they were pretty busy which is always promising.
Sat outside on a quiet weeknight. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Had the drunken noodles and tom yum soup.
The service was wonderful and the food is always good. The chicken pad Thai is amazing.
Best food I have had in a long time
Service was very slow. Received appetizers before drinks that were ordered, and it took almost an hour to bring out 4 dishes. The waiter had said it was due to an expo that walked out mid shift. Also, several plates contained some type of red chili pepper, which were unbearably spicy. The waiter claimed they were Anaheim peppers but they definitely looked and tasted like Thai chili peppers, which ruined the dinner experience for some people after eating one. The dish I got was the cashew wok fry with chicken, and I thought it was very good (and I did not try any of the chili peppers!). Despite the poor service and lack of communication, would probably come back for that dish and also nice ambience.
Inconsistent quality. Sticky menus.
We tried out Aloy Modern Thai for restaurant week and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. Service was quick and whenever there was a small backup, the server made sure to notify us promptly. We had so much fun cooking our wagyu on the rocks and our entrees were delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The portion sizes were plentiful, you could easily share an entree. The only criticism I have to offer is that our seating was located in the middle row and as the restaurant began to fill up, the aisles became more and more narrow. So occasionally I was bumped into as people were heading to the front and unfortunately, I elbowed my server as he was passing by ( I'm so sorry!!) Other than that, the service was friendly and quick and the food was delicious. :)
We order the Calamari which was under cooked and soggy, which we did point out to our server. The curry and noodles we both above average and very tasty.
Second time doing restaurant week here and we were just as pleased as the first! Aloy is our favorite spot in Denver to eat. Food is outstanding!
Wonderful spot, the food was amazing, the service was perfect. We loved every minute of our experience
We went for Valentine's day, and I must admit, I was disappointed with the food. I've eaten Aloy before and it was obvious that because they were going to be so busy that they did a number of things ahead of time - which is understandable - but some of them took away from the quality. Additionally, the warning that we could only stay an hour and a half when we arrived was unnecessary. Also, this may just be a matter of taste but I was really dissapointed with the Tempura Brie appetizer for Valentine's day. This lacked flavor and seemed out of place. I'll be back, but not on Valentine's day.
It was a very packed night for Valentine's Day but the kitchen was exceptional at getting the food out very quickly. The overall feel of the restaurant was very inviting and warm. As someone who is very inexperienced with Thai I did not feel overwhelmed by the menu. Overall was a wonderful experience and definitely planning to come back soon.
Wait person was not trained and not engaged. Food for a Thai restaurant ( usually good or excellent) was mediocre
Excellent from appetizers to meal amazing
A little pricey but quality is great!
The atmosphere here is just right. IF you have the green curry, you have made the correct decision. As far as Pad Thai goes, my favorite is still Swing Thai, but this is also very good, especially if you ask for their spice tray. I'm sweating just thinking about it. Drinks are good, yet RiNo pricey, and on a Friday night the service can be a little slow. Lunch is the time to go for quicker service and less bustle. I had a Wok Bowl and it was really damn good. If we would have had room, the mango sticky rice looked killer. Great location and not terrible to park depending on the day or if there is a baseball game. In that case don't even try.
Tofu fried rice and tom kha soup were awesome. Pad Thai really good, not sweet like some other places. Service can be improved but was ok.
I love this restaurant. Consistently delicious, we take friends here often.
We were a table of 8 and our server was awesome. The food was fantastic and we live the cocktails- very complimentary.
Food took time to arrive but was delicious
We enjoyed the food, which we ordered at mild and medium spicy. The food was delicious, but the spice level was hotter than we expected, compared to the spice level at other restaurants. So next time we'll request lower spice levels. Otherwise the atmosphere and service were great.
Aloy consistently great food - One of the best Thai restaurants you'll find in CO.
Over all it was fine. Nothing overly spicy, flavors were good but everything was either over powering or overly sweet in flavor. The Tom Yum was good but the Khao Soi was close but was so sweet you couldn’t eat much of it. Spring rolls were over stuffed with lettuce and lacked other main ingredients so they were just meh. Just sad for the price of the food and location it could be amazing.
The food and the drinks we’re definitely delightful.
I really recommend this place is one of my favorites.
Absolutely terrible the food and the service. I actually can’t believe Eater had this on their list. For any one who is a foodie and knows quality food do not go here. The Lemongrass Chicken was inedible, the Corn Fritters had no flavor, I will admit the sizzling chicken’s flavor was just ok a tiny bit of chicken in tons of sauce. The service was terrible she came out with the entree before the apps and then placed them all down together. If you want a good Thai place in Denver go to Daughters Thai Kitchen we went a few weeks ago and it was amazing.
Staff was awesome! We went to Aloy Modern Thai for my birthday and the food was delicious.
Always great service and a really great meal. Group of 8 and everyone was happy.
The five of us had a great time, ate diverse dinners and apps and all special!
A good dining experience, we were running late due to snowy roads and they took care of us.
Our waitress was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
We tried Aloy Thai as the meal out after Christmas (12/26). The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was above average but not stellar. I would recommend this place if I was already downtown & needed a good place for lunch. We drive in from the suburbs, probably wouldn’t do so again.
Never been and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious!
Pretty decent Thai food and drinks, although they do not serve a decent Pinot Noir on their brief wine list.
Noisy but not too noisy.
