Nestled on Sloane Street in London’s exclusive Knightsbridge district, 17 on Sloane combines the social aspect of shisha with food, cocktails and first-class hospitality. Situated on a cosy terrace, the design touches are exemplary, with a palette of grey and pink hues reflected in the velvety furniture and flower-laden walls.

The shisha menu has been carefully curated to use only the finest ingredients, all prepared by a highly trained team. Our lounge also offers an authentic Chinese cuisine, Le Chinois, an award-winning restaurant (two-AA rosettes) which serves marvellous dishes with a twist to make sure that diners are pleasantly surprised with every visit.

Appealing! Had booked this month's in advance for my 30th birthday to get there at 11 and find out they are closing early due to a technical issues. They didn't really care and absolutely no compensation considering my weekend bas based around this evening.

We were not informed that one shisha needed to be purchased for every 2 people booked. Which was ridiculous as not all our party smoked and were forced to pay for something they didn’t have. The staff were not budging when we said we would make it up with drinks (told they don’t make money on their drinks but only make money on their shisha)

We did not eat here, and only visited for drinks and shisha; both of which are quite dear in price, especially the shisha. The outside shisha terrace is VERY small. We asked for more chairs, though were informed that these could not be provided. As such, a few of us had to stand throughout. There is also a minimum spend, where we had to buy a certain number of shishas for our group. Difficult to do, as not all of our group smoke shisha. We asked whether this could be made up with the purchase of drinks and bottles, though staff said "we don't make money from the drinks, only the shishas". Overall, a disappointing visit.

Loved it here. Great chilled night, place looks lovely and the atmosphere is very nice I must say - Wasn’t quite expecting it. Can see why it gets busy

Booked for a group of us, when we arrived we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who I believe was the manager. Apologised for another group overstaying as we were a little early to our booking but got us seated right away! :) Upon entry the atmosphere was great and really loved the way the place looked along with the music and setting. We ordered quite a few dishes, sweet and sour chicken was a standout along with the dim sum. The gentleman checked on us throughout the night to make sure everything was ok and was cleaning our mess regularly (sorry!) All in all had a great evening and will definitely be back. Not sure why some people have not given the place the thumbs up. It’s a lovely little gem of a place. Can’t wait to be back again. Thank you!
