About
The largest group we can accomodate in our Main Dining Room is 6 people.
For larger groups we have a Private Dining Room for up to 36 people. This is the only area we have for groups 7 or Larger. All large groups will have to book through Mr, Lindsey Strudwick at banquets@pizzarepublica.com,
For all large groups, 6 or more, please make a reservation. There will be times when we cannot seat large parties on a walk-in basis.
Pleasantly surprised! Usually when we have been there, the noise level was high inside, and very crowded...but a Saturday noontime was pleasant. Food as always, very good, as well as service. Will be back next month for Sunday lunch between shows at DCPA.
Always a great experience! Coley is the best server who remembers what we like. She is very responsive and pleasant. Food is consistently very good. No matter what you order, you can’t go wrong !
I have frequented Pizza Republica in Greenwood Village for years, and now downtown Denver for our first time. The quality of service and food is the same... great! The only downside is that we had a group of 6 people so were seated behind the glass partition in the back and the room was a bit stuffy. The air conditioning needs to be turned up a bit. Other than that, we just loved it.
Great Food and Service! We enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to going back. It's a great stop before a play.
Mommy/daughter date before a musical at DPAC
Dinner last night was rushed. Hadn’t finished salad and pizza was served. It was cool as though previously mad. Most of the crust had no topping on it about and inch into the pizza.very skimpy on duck, figs, and chicken. Not the kind of experience I would expect from this price range restaurant
Pizza was great. Service was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back.
This was our second visit and we were very pleased with the food and staff. We had different pizzas each time and both were excellent. I look forward to trying them all. They have a large menu and the beverage selection is great. It's my favorite place close to the Performing Arts Complex.
The service was great...and the food was moderately good. My ten year old granddaughter finished her child portion of pizza, and the Caesar salad with salmon was a full-size portion. While good, it was. It a big portion. And, I drank water and she had a soda pop. The bill came to over $40 for this salad, pizza and one drink. I personally that is over-priced.
Very good pizza and nice wine selection.
Taking a colleague to a show for her birthday
Always a great casual meal! The great choice of salads always adds to the meal.
The food is absolutely delicious - with unique offerings that make it fun.
Contrary to what they say, this is not authentic Italian pizza.
And it's very greasy.
The salad did not seem fresh.
It was nice.
A different and limited menu but it was fine.
Seeing show with family
Worst food I’ve ever had in Denver. Ever. EVER.
Great place to go! We hit this place every time we come downtown for a show at the DCPA.
Good food, great time. I recommend it for any trip downtown.
Service was wonderful, the food was just okay. We had Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and they were terrible. Pizza was a little soggy.
Great food and location when going to DCPA performances kids meal of pasta was dry and tasteless
food n service Wonderful
We had a delightful dinner with our kids here. Andy was a great server, the food and ambience were excellent.
Nice spot for pizza and beer with a group. Definitely recommend.
Server was very friendly. We were in Italy last summer. The pizza took us back to Italy. So good! Thanks
It was not a busy evening and yet our server was distracted and disinterested. Our Caesar salads didn’t come out until after our dinner was served and consumed. She was unapologetic, which seemed rude.
Wonderful server. Very helpful and friendly. The arugula and pear salad was delicious and the pizzas are always delicious.
We went here for a pre-DCPA show lunch and it was perfect. We were able to sit on the patio where even though you are in the busy downtown it was still quiet and lovely. Our server was perfectly attentive and the pizzas we ordered were delicious. And make sure to try dessert they are amazing!
Was not impressed with the pizza this time around. Flavorless, not enough sauce. Not good for the price.
Great, reliably gluten free food! Would definitely come back.
We had a great meal at Pizza Republica and loved our server (Nick). The most surprising part was how empty it was on a Friday night. More people should be coming here! We especially loved the flatbread appetizer.
Simply incredible. Judd is amazing. So is Isaac. They truly care and are so happy to ensure you have the best possible experience when you’re in their care. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Ben thanks you too.
Perfect location for dinner before a show. The waitress was wonderful, the service was fast and the food was delicious.
Terrible service. Took forever to receive first course. Then pizzas and pasta delivered 30 sec later. I made several comments to the food deliverer. He blatantly ignored me. I shared my frustration with the server. He sheepishly said, sorry. No action to try and make amends. Eating $20 cold, mediocre pizza? Never again.
Went here for lunch with the family after the chalk art festival. The service was great and everyone enjoyed their pizza, which was all we ordered. We sat outside so I can’t really attest to the inside ambiance but it seemed like it might be loud if crowded (lots of hard surfaces). The patio was nice and the majority of it was covered which we may have needed if we were a half hour later. I love a good wood-fired pizza and this did not disappoint. I just wish such a simple dish wasn’t $18. Compared to elsewhere in Denver that’s probably considered reasonable. Their wine list is enormous! And there menu looked really appealing. Our waiter was great. I’d definitely go back.
Everything was good
Pizza Republica has an upbeat vibe with great pizza and good wine! Our service was excellent! It is the perfect stop before heading to a play.
Great wine list including a huge selection of Italian wines. Good happy hour specials too.
The food and service were good. I'd recommend this restaurant, and it's especially convenient if you're using light rail and/or attending a theater performance. We had an unusual issue with our seating though. We had a reservation, and were seated on the patio at our request. Within 15 minutes it became too windy/stormy to sit outside, so we requested to be re-seated inside. However, we were told we could not be accommodated. We had already ordered drinks and an appetizer, so it seemed odd to hear there were no options. After some discussion, our waiter was able to get us pizza counter seating. That was acceptable, but I never understood the issue with being re-seated. The manner in which it was handled by management was unpleasant.
Great service, wonderful food - Our waiter was attentive without hovering and the pizza was delish. GF is tricky and my daughter needs vegan also.
Atmosphere was great, a bit loud since it is popular.
