Italian restaurant that has no bread to serve??? Salad had stale croutons in it.
Main course mediocre. They need to up there game. Server blamed Covid for them stopping to bake and serve bread.

We were not disappointed!! Acting on a coworker's recommendation, my wife and I dined at Panzano. A good part of the great experience was due to our server, Carlos(?). He, and his teammates, had a great balance of attentiveness without bothering us.

We started with cocktails and the brussel sprout appetizer. Both were excellent. When I couldn't decide between the villages bolognese and buffalo short ribs, Carlos arranged for a side portion of the pasta with the short ribs. He also recommended a nice glass of wine that went with my meal very well. We heard Carlos tell a neighboring table that they could get two half orders of appetizers when they couldn't decide on one. This shows how accommodating the place will be with you.

The bolognese was the best I've ever had. The tagaletelli was light and tender while being toothsome. The bolognese was rich with an incredible depth of flavor. The bison short ribs entree was a perfect example of how to balance a dish. The rich, fall-off-the-bone ribs and sauce was nicely balanced with pickled onions and their acidity. The dish was complimented with a wonderful cheese polenta.

My wife got the Grano Arso which was also superb. Our only comment is there are a lot of ingredients that are green in color. The green cavatelli was difficult to distinguish from the broccolini. However, the taste was where it counts and this dish did not miss.

Overall, a great experience. We will be back when a special night is needed.

Visited Pazano this past Friday. Absolutely wonderful experience. Food and service were fantastic. Highly recommend for a nice (bit pricy but very worth the price) date or dinner with friends and family. Will for sure be back.

The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The tables were not well space, and we were next to a “loud” group of individuals who were a little drunk and a bit obnoxious. The food and service was attentive and excellent, with a wine list the waiter know well and was able to help us with.

All in all a very good evening.

Panzano never disappoints. We were seated in cozy booth, perfect for a cold night. Our server was knowledgeable and very patient with 4 diners that took a while to decide on entrees. The meat pizza that we had for a starter was spicy and delicious. Everyone raved about their entrees, the Gran Arso pasta, the Romano pasta, the Risotto and the Elk chop. The onion-potato crostata was very creative and yummy. We ordered one Apple crisp for dessert and that was outstanding. The apple was seasoned with spices and the pastry was super crisp. Perfect!

Our dinner was fabulous - everything tasted wonderful, in fact the vitello brasato was one of the best dishes we've ever had (and we eat out a lot). The service was also top notch - friendly, attentive without being too attentive, just wonderful.

Our server was great, food was amazing. The only downfall was that they served us the wrong dessert and returned a few minutes and took it back. As a business owner myself, I would have left it since it had already touched the table, especially with COVID. Hopefully, they didn’t serve it to another table.

Great food, odd waitress, small glass of wine for $14. Shared salad came in one bowl which we sent back to be served in 2 bowls. Waitress said she thought we could just "deal with it". Gave us that kind of attitude the whole time. Too bad as the food is great. Smallest glass of wine for $14 I've ever seen.

Food was absolutely amazing. Crowded the night we went so service was very slow and they ran out of the dish I wanted to order by the time the waitstaff returned. One overly loud obnoxious diner spoiled the mood somewhat but overall an excellent meal. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I noted that when I made my reservation. Several members of the staff wished him a happy birthday and he was delighted.... Order the brussel sprouts as they are amazing!!!

I am sure they are experiencing the cash crunch brought on restaurants by the Pandemic but carpet needs replacement and a couple of booths could be reupholstered. I used to come here on a regular basis, starting back when Chef Jen was there (almost 20 years ago). About five years ago, I had a two poor meals in a row and quit going, however went back in October for a BD celebration and had a great experience. Last night as well.

The food as just as good as always! We always start with the brussel sprouts and they never disappoint. The Romagna dish is creamy and delicious and more than enough to fill you up. Our server Christian was amazing. He is knowledgeable about the menu and always goes above and beyond to make our experience one of a kind. I can’t wait to come back.

Overall we had a very fine meal. My husband had the very generously-size elk shop, which was delicious. I had the vitello (veal) pasta. The depth of flavor with the sauce, mushrooms, and ribbons of perfectly cooked pasta made for a memorable dish. I ordered a side of broccolini, nicely charred and topped with lemon and pistachios. We split a butterscotch pudding for dessert, which was much like it sounds. Chris, our server, was excellent. The one part of the experience that didn't sit right was that we felt like we were dining in a morgue. The dimly light restaurant looking out on a cold, dark, empty street didn't lend much to the atmosphere. We were seated in an area with tables squeezed into a narrow ribbon that just didn't feel very inviting.

We ordered the calamari that was mostly veggies and couple pieces of calamari. My niece had a pasta and loved it. The pork dish was horrible.
Service was okay and our waiter was sweet. Trying to get anything required flagging staff for a drink or anything.
Not impressed.

Delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. They were very accomodating with some terrible traffic we ran into and were late. The appetizers of muscles and brussel sprouts were incredible. The Pork dish was fantastic while the creamy pasta dish was something I feel I could make at home. Sauce was very thick and rich almost like velveeta. A great dinner but not a place I would say I HAVE to go back to. Worth visiting but have some other favorites.

we always enjoy Panzano and love their menu. they do well with Gluten free folks which is always a challenge for my wife at nice restaurants where they do not fully comprehend what is needed to be truly gluten free. the wait staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their brussel sprouts are the best on the planet. Their grilled caesar salad is also amazing, as is all of their pasta dishes. it is a special place for special occasions of when you want to impress an out of town guest.

Thanksgiving Celebration: less than warm or friendly welcome upon arrival. Waiter was a bit disjointed. When asked to describe a 16oz steak he proceeded to say it was a fairly small piece of meat selling us 2 $64 steaks for my kids. It came over cooked tough and flavorless. During each course we had to ask for silverware or get up and get our own. Wine came late 1/2 way through our meal. The Brussels sprouts were over salted and came late as we had asked for them as appetizer. The fried calamari and artichoke was good but very little in the portion. The turkey dinner was good and the leftovers to go made for a nice touch. The tiramisu was a hit. Lack luster for the price we paid. Won’t be goi g back.
