Lamb shank was fantastic
This is our go-to restaurant when we go to the theater in Denver. We absolutely love Italian food, and this place is top notch. The food is excellent, truly Italian, and the wine selection is perfect. It's a perfect place to go to for a special dinner that is within walking distance of the DCPA.
the server (kris) was so friendly and helped give great suggestions for drinks and food to order!
You don't always need an all you can eat Sunday brunch, especially when they charge more than you can eat up front! Fresh-based pastries, delicate egg dishes, and a good brunch beverage menu; Panzano delivers just what you need to start a nice Sunday at half the price.
I’d been to Panzano before and booked again based on those experiences. This time, I was alone and sat at the bar in front of the Chefs. I had the Brussels sprouts (different than they were originally but equally amazing) and the scallops, which were light, sweet and delicious. The chefs were gracious and friendly. It was worth every penny.
This was the 3rd time dining at Panzano. The service was great and the table location quiet. There food was “ok”. There were several flies buzzing around our table. A fly flew into the bread basket dip and a glass of my wine, which had to be replaced. The pasta dish with lamb my wife ordered contained a large piece of inedible fatty meat/skin. They did provide us with a free dessert.
Fantastic place for dinner before the show. Great food and awesome staff!
Treated us very well
Happy hour selection is fantastic.
Maggie was hands down the best server there. Place was absolutely perfect and the food was amazing.
Yes always. The food is excellent and creative. The service is always 5 star. Perfect for a business lunch or dinner as well as great night out with friends.
We tried the tasting menu with wine pairing and were very happy with both the food and wine. A great overall dining experience.
Delicious food and super service.
Amazing food and knowledgeable staff
Excellent food, and ACCESSIBLE FOR CELIAC OR GLUTEN ALLERGIES. Loved our appetizer, salad, pastas, and entrees (try the Brussels sprouts, or the lamb shank). They took such great care of us and worked to keep our food safe and separate from allergens.
Like, holy moly. Such a great find.
We were welcomed and sat at a nice table in the back with a view out the window. Water was poured and we were given menus promptly.
Our server was great and the busboys made sure table were cleaned and glasses were filled.
We split a Caprese salad and the Mozzarella was fresh and delicious. The tomatoes and the beets were very fresh . I had a ravioli dish and my wife had the venison, it was recommended by our server. She said it was the best she ever ate.
We had a small dessert, baked blueberries with ice cream which was delicious!!
Great place, we will be back !
This place was amazing. Highly recommend the bread basket. It comes with a dip that will knock your socks off. Their pasta was phenomenal and the service was the best I've had in a restaurant in awhile. It is pricey but well worth the price.
Anniversary - we’ve been going for several years - always indicate it’s our anniversary and prefer quieter area by kitchen for the experience. Seated by street window next to kids and a table of loud businessmen. Not the experience were used to
The food was really good, especially the Brussels Sprout appetizer! The service was perfect - - attentive, but not hovering, and not interrupting our dinner conversation. The ambiance was nice, and we could hear each other, which was very nice.
Best food in downtown Denver. The lamb shank was the top one we have ever ordered. And we loved the octopus and beet, autumn salads.
Good service, quiet so we could talk. Best of all, consistently wonderful.
Always a great, known choice.
The orecchiette pasta was very good the bolognese was fair. I did get meatballs with the bolognese which I was glad I did, since the bolognese was not very meaty. In my opinion, it was not worth the price charged for the amount of pasta and sauce. While I did not complain I did hear the table next to ours complain that there was not enough of the bolognese on their pasta either, which I found interesting.
Food and service are always great. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive and the manager, Aaron, was great.
Bryan made the whole night. Everything was great but he was the perfect host. Thank you!
My favorite restaurant in Denver. Outstanding recipes crafted with care and excellent service.
Fabulous restaurant, exceptional service from Dominique, amazing food both appetisers and main course, one of the best wine lists ever!!!
The best GF bread and pasta I have had! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about Gluten Free. Will definitely go back.
We had the veal marsala special that was featured for that evening and it was perfect. My wife asked that hers be changed to chicken and they happily complied!
The appetizer, service and dessert was excellent, however felt slightly disappointed about the flavor of the shrimp pasta, I felt as if it was a little too salty, lacking in flavor and wasn’t worth $36. The appetizer and dessert were full of flavor and were priced great for how they tasted! Overall vibe, ambience and service was phenomenal!!
Good restaurant, fair value very nice help
Drinks, appetizer and the scallop dinner were great! I chose the venison special, and it was not that special for the price. One great thing about this place is they are very accommodating for gluten free!
Great food as usual!
Sunday brunch. Excellent service. Food was good; Brussels Sprouts were amazing.
The service here was too notch, prices reasonable and the food pretty good! We would return!
Everything great!!! Food is fantastic! Vino is excellent! Service was perfect.
Got seated by waiters station, so... Very distracting and very loud!!! (Clank, bang, crash, slam, ....)
Usually, waiters station is a no go.... but was on vacation with extended family and did not want to say anything.
Panzano has some very nice booths. We didn’t get one. They were “reserved” - this is always the story. So we were seated at a dinged-up table in a corner next to a table for 8. The table of 8 was loud.
The food was good and portions were substantial. However, the prices are very high - perhaps “hotel restaurant” high or “we used to be amazing” high? I recently had Italian in London that was far better for less ... and London is an expensive city.
There's a reason Panzano has been around for 20 years in a town where restaurants come and go seemingly every hour –– it's fantastic and never disappoints.
Food and service are always outstanding. You will be delighted with your time at Panzano.
We enjoyed the food and our waitresses were so helpful!! I can’t wait to eat there again.
They have a great gluten free menu with lots of options including gluten free fettuccine. However, I think my gluten free dish got mixed up with a regular fettuccine. I started feeling sick about 30 minutes after I ate and was sick the rest of the night and until about 12pm the next day. They need to be more careful about their gluten free items.
Excellent food and excellent service. I had the scallop dish which was perfect. Slightly spicy and very flavorful. I will definitely be returning.
Went with my husband for my birthday. The food was perfectly made and beautifully plated. I am gluten free and there were many delicious options available for me to eat. When the server was around he was friendly and knowledgeable, however he wasn’t around as much as you would expect for a fine dining restaurant.
We had great food and service! In town for a conference, chose Panzano because it has a gluten-free menu and good reviews. Well-deserved!!
