Experience the charm of a Parisian supper club without leaving Denver at Le Palais Frites, a sophisticated pop-up at the historic Brown Palace Hotel. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 5–9 PM, this limited-time dining event centers around a refined three-course menu: begin with a crisp Gotham Greens Market Salad, savor a butter-basted Brunson Meats Aged Sirloin with Cognac Sauce Au Poivre, and finish with a decadent Classic Napoleon. Guests can elevate their meal with indulgent add-ons like Lobster Thermidor, East Coast Oysters, and rich seasonal sides. Palace Arms’ signature tableside presentations—Caesar Salad and Bananas Foster—complete the elegant, convivial experience.

I took my wife here for her birthday. We haven't been getting out as much as we used to as we have both been working hard. The Prix Fixe menu did not disappoint and the atmosphere was perfect. The staff was well informed and friendly. We both left full and happy and with the memory of a fantastic dining experience.

The Palace Arms at the Brown Palace has recently started offering a prix fixe meal for $49. They are offering three courses, with the option of paying for pricier items or add-ones. It’s an incredible deal! The food was very good, the service was excellent, and all at a great price. We will be back.

The food was okay, but overpriced. The dessert was both not very good and expensive, the salad and macaroni gratin were mediocre, the steak and sauce were pretty good.

After years of seeing uneven reviews about this restaurant, we made a last minute decision to dine here after learning that the restaurant had been reopened with a new menu/focus. The dining room was beautiful, clean and quiet (only a few other tables were occupied) but the space isn't large to begin with. The staff were welcoming and polite, and the prix fixe menu was simple and well-thought out. The house salad was excellent, and so was the flatiron steak. The attentiveness of the staff dropped off precipitously near the end of the meal, but it did appear that there were only three waitstaff and two tables did order the bananas foster which necessitates the table side show, so that probably took up a lot of time and effort. Still, they had been quick to clean the table and then suddenly there was a long wait for dessert and then again to pay after the check was dropped off. Hoping that as their open days expand and the word gets out that the menu has been refocused that they will get better paced. I will certainly give them another opportunity.
