OE has too notch food, drinks and service! A bit noisy at lunch time.
Our waiter Brian was very attentive pleasant to speak with.
We took out of town friends and family to Oxford Exchange for lunch and they fell in love with the restaurant/coffee bar/bookstore. They definitely indicated they want to return when they are back in town.
WOW! $10 to park and eat. There’s no parking anywhere.
Delicious and fun as always. It is an experience not just lunch or brunch.
I have experienced classic Afternoon High Tea
I really enjoy the ambiance and the taste of the food. We had a great time celebrating my friends 30th birthday as well as engagement. Will come back cause the food was so good.
Good brunch but it is, as usual very noisy
I've ben to Oxford Exchange several times and every time the quality is outstanding!
I have eaten here numerous times and have always enjoyed the fish tacos. Today however, when I received the dish, it contained one tiny piece of fish in each taco. I have always gotten a good size piece, but this was abnormally small. I was disappointed bc I expected the same dish I have gotten multiple times before. Didn’t say anything to the waitress bc I was starving so I didn’t want to wait for a new order.
Another day of fun dining and great food with Gretchen as Server. Thanks Gretchen.
I came for Afternoon tea, and while the experience was great, I felt like the selection of sandwiches and the variety of the scones could have been better for the price of the experience. One of the sandwiches was a simple peanut butter sandwich on white bread and I had 4 of the same apple cinnamon scones. I think having a more unique sandwich and different flavored scones would have made the price more worth it.
I found the Oxford exchange to be very beautiful and was very excited to go there for afternoon tea. I had heard this was the best in town. I have had tea in London, San Francisco, Seattle, New Port Richey, Fl, and Brooksville, Fl, and I must say other than the decor and atmosphere, the Oxford Exchange was one of the worst..and most expensive. The food was mediocre. The clotted cream was hard and the tea sandwiches were just....ok. I’m sorry, but I was very disappointed. There was little elegance about the experience and I won’t return or recommend.
I dined at Oxford Exchange yesterday for my birthday. It was my second time there and I loved it even better than my first visit. I wish there was a location closer to me because I rarely find myself in Tampa! My family loved their visit too but it was very loud. I didn’t mind it but it was hard on my grandmother to hear the waiter, but that’s a minor detail that doesn’t take away from our wonderful experience. Our waiter was also fantastic and very upbeat. I believe his name was Sam? I wish I could remember but we will definitely be back.
Love everything about this place! The chocolate babka was delicious and not to be missed. The food, service and atmosphere are all amazing.
Great atmosphere and great food.
The place is unique and inviting
The atrium is a bit loud with no sound absorption and very bright. I would recommend staying inside so you don’t have to bring your sunglasses.
Next my best time. I have been there three times. This was a bust. The other 2 times were great. But I doubt I will return. Not worth the time and trouble to get there plus super loud on a Sunday morning.
Great building with a lot of history. Great tasting food and the service is too notch. Went for a brunch and made the reservation online here with no problems.
This would be a perfect 5 out of 5 restaurant if it wasn't so noisy. I don't even have a hearing problem, and I still was frustrated while trying to have a conversation with my husband. If you are wanting an energetic and hip place which has amazing food for the price, I would highly recommend it. You need reservations or you will wait at least an hour. With a reservation we walked right in!
For food, I loved their Benedict which had Salmon in it! If you are not a breakfast person then try their Cuban sandwich. Most of their portions are big enough to share (EX: Cuban or their Omelet), the Benedict is only for one person but still filling!
Even if you don't eat there, they have a wonderful coffee and tea bar areas!!
I take my daughter here every year for her birthday. It is always a pleasure to eat here. Good food, good service. We are never disappointed ,
My boyfriend and I went to Oxford Exchange for brunch. I was blown away by the atmosphere and food. I highly recommend the whipped feta, I have never had anything like it before!
Great food in a vibrant environment. Loved the surrounding shops, tea and champagne bars.
The food is always prepared to perfection, the staff is amazing
I love Oxford Exchange but it is SO LOUD!!! The food is amazing and the building is beautiful but it's really hard to talk.
We had a reservation and were seated right away. The food was excellent!! We had the lobster sliders, cuban sandwich and prosciutto flatbread. Three of us shared the 3 items and went home with leftovers enough for 2 lunches. We'll be back!
The experience was great. We sat in the garden area and it was very relaxing. The only problem we experienced was that we ordered our drinks (espresso shot and a hot chocolate) well before ordering our food and the food got there quite a bit before the drinks (we were about halfway done with our food before the drinks arrived to the table). When the drinks did get to our table, they were cold. Other than that issue, everything else was great.
The challenging parking takes away from the overall experience
Delicious Brussel sprouts starter & enjoyed my very first pressed Gluten free Cuban!! Yummmy!
I love taking people to the Oxford Exchange but it is always such a challenge (1) must make reservations; (2) parking now costs $10 (3) conversations are difficult because it is a very noisy, loud restaurant. The food is excellent and their choices of tea is wonderful.
Great food and great service
Very disappointed in the service.
There was no contact for 15min after food was delivered to inquire if anything was needed. Yet, the restaurant was basically empty. By the time to server returned; the meal was eaten and we had to wait 10+ min for a check to arrive to pay. Overall; it was disappointing. We have eaten at OE many times and have never encountered anything but exceptional service.
Too noisy for table conversation. Food was just average, but priced premium. Service was good, very friendly.
In for a visit from up north. Daughter took us to brunch. Wonderful experience. Your staff, food, and drink were Excellent. We already recommended you to a friend today:)
I was very disappointed. Waitress did not refill my coffee. Food was ok but nothing special. Three fourths of my plate was fried potatoes. Some were too well done and others not cooked enough. I am diabetic and was not offered a different side. I would have no problem with the price if the meal was worth it but it was not. Best part of the meal was the coffee.
High tea ! Awesome !!!!
Oxford Exchange is a great place to go for good food and atmosphere. Because it is so popular, it can be a little on the loud side.
Food was excellent and service was very good.
Great good and service! Absolutely love this place!
