Excellent service, beautiful ambience and wonderful authentic Italian food!
It’s always a pleasure to dine at Osteria. The food and service are excellent!
Nice wine list, great service, excellent food.
Celebrated my birthday and the outside patio was well lit and warm with portable heaters. Service was outstanding with our server Daniel. Not sure if the bartender knew of my Bday but the pour on my whiskey was very generous! Always a favorite place of ours for quality food and experience.
The location is very close to the downtown square. They have a very quaint outdoor patio with lovely heaters! The food was incredibly delicious, fresh and innovative! I will be recommending this place to my friends when I visit Santa Fe again!
Sat outside and waited 15 minutes before a server came to table (COVID 19???). Run of the mill Italian fare...nothing exceptional. Caesar salad had a mayonnaise dressing that had no flavor (hint: add garlic!). Margaritas were very good.
Delicious with great atmosphere! Will be back next time I’m in Santa Fe
Beautiful architecture gave a warm tuscany environment as we enjoyed our
pasta. The waitor was very courteous and welcoming.
Lovely atmosphere and excellent food. I had the eggplant and it was the best I’ve ever had.
Owner on vacation and it showed. Veal piccatta was tough as a boot and had no flavor. My wife's linguini di mare was just ok. I wouldn't go here unless you know the owner is present.
Frustrating dining experience to say the least. To start, there was a wait even though there appeared to be plenty of room (no big deal), and the establishment lost our reservation (what?). Seated outside on a chilly evening, though their appeared to be room elsewhere. Started out with one server, then another after they had a brief conversation in our vicinity. Odd. Our waitress, the manager, and the other staff all seemed very overwhelmed, for what looked to be a fairly quaint evening. Of course, COVID throws some serious wrenches into even the best plans, so we took this with a grain of salt. What could not be overlooked was the curt service, and bang average food. The Osso Bucco and chicken Parmesan were not hits. Maybe this restaurant has better days - the location and ambiance were fantastic - but our night was tepid at best, and a bust at worst.
Wonderful Italian cuisine
Love this Italian restaurant where almost everything is from Italy. The service is excellent, very friendly. The food is amazing. I had the special seafood pasta, ate as much as I could and still had enough left to take home.
My family has been eating here for years, it was good, but not the same. The food has been better.
Food was very good but our waiter was very, very slow!
Charming patio. Food was excellent- I had Caesar salad and an Eggplant-Zucchini parmesan that was wonderful.
The service was lovely and efficient. We really enjoyed it and can’t wait to return.
Dependably good food and good service. I will definitely eat there again.
We were seated under the tent which we enjoyed. The two young men who were server assistants were excellent and refreshing. They were young but they tried hard to please. Enjoyable evening. Food is always very good. Missed the anti pasta tray on the menu. The house cabernet, Decoy, is an excellent house wine.
It was a very enjoyable evening. The owner truly cares about his Customers. Food was delicious and service outstanding. Nice ambiance.
Excellent food and service!
Food was very good , service OK , We sat outside under the tent and should have inside or the enclosed area in front of the restaurant .
Shared a bottle of Chianti. My wife had a delicious lasagna. I had the Osso Buco which was hot and very tasty. The service was excellent, the night was gentle, and the food was great. My dessert was coffee, grand Marnier, and brandy.
A little slow coming from the kitchen.
Old school Italian. Always comfortable and inviting. We love going for a real Italian vibe. Nothing fancy, just charming and delicious.
Really good food and service. The lasagne and lobster ravioli were great. Green salad with beets and artichokes was outstanding. Wait staff courteous and properly attentive. Definitely will visit again.
The food was excellent. the only issue was that the entree took a while to arrive. Outdoor was set up nicely with a canopy covering and tables were well separated to cope with COVID-19 mandates in our state.
Food was fabulous and people were great - we were a table of 4; meals were slow to arrive and came out at different times.
Still getting use to “patios” which consist of tents in parking lots. Very nice meal with great service. Atmosphere needs some work.
Wonderful as always. It was our anniversary & this is great for special occasions
Staff was very conscientious on COViD precautions and the service was outstanding. We ate outdoors ina tent area that was very quiet and comfortable.
The service was outstanding. From the check-in where temperatures were taken and hand sanitizer was available, everything went smoothly. We were actually very early and they were happy to seat us. It was our anniversary and they treated us wonderfully. Really nice place to go for a special event. The food was delicious....everything really nice.
We felt so safe and had a wonderful evening feeling fairly normal in these crazy times. Food was delicious. Service was attentive. They created such a lovely dining room outside. We’ll be back!
It was very nice.
Osteria continues to one of our favorites restaurants in Santa Fe. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful wait staff and consistently delicious food. I highly recommend you try it and see for yourself.
Tried all 3 specials...tomato salad, pasta with shrimp and sea bass....all wonderful! Loved the patio and ambiance
Disappointing experience all the way around - food was not great, service was attentive at first and then dropped off completely, prices warrant much better meals/flavors. We have been here several times and were very pleased - not so this time. Will hesitate to return.
We were looking forward to dining in the restaurant with a very good menu and a lot of ambience. Even with a 6:45 PM reservation we wound up sitting in the icky wedding tent section they have had to add to accommodate more guests. This is our fault. I should have requested we be seated in the patio of the restaurant.
By the time I realized other diners were being seated in the restaurant it was a little too late. Personally it ruins the experience then a bunch of loud people in T-shirts ball caps shorts showed up we were clearly overdressed for that part of the venue
My husbands first entrée choice was not available but he enjoyed his second choice with my particular food allergy I had 2 Salads, more than I needed. The young man who served us was charming attentive and clearly wanted us to have a good meal.
Based on the way we were dressed in the early reservation there was no reason to stick us in that awful part of the restaurant. We felt cheated over that. If the other part was full OK but it wasn't
We had a great dinner under the rain in a carp with others 6+ feet apart. The food was delicious and the service was very good.
Lino the owner, made sure we had the perfect table.
I will definitely return.
