   We have been to Ocean prime many, many times.. food, ambiance, service were always outstanding. Tonight, on a Monday night, the service was really bad. Mathew, our waiter, was just rushing us through. He literally was taking plates from in-front of us while we are still holding the forks. Between appetizers and main course he just put the silverware on a tablecloth that had so many bread crumbs. One of the martini glass was chipped. But the worse was literally like he was trying to get us out of there, and sure enough, we were out of there in an hour, at most. I love this place, but they need to work on training their new waiters that this is not Red Lobster.

   Happy hour here is overall just okay. Food was just average for the price. Drinks and Service was great!

   Ocean Prime always delivers. Ocean Prime dishes up amazing, savory gourmet apps, well curated entrees, elegant cocktails and wines and combines that with trendy sound and lighting atmospherics and first class service. From the valet service to the reception staff, always top notch. Magdalena, our server, was upbeat, energetic, professional, polished, poised and attentive. My guest was very pleased. We appreciated her full knowledge of the menu and drinks. She made our experience fluid and achieved that delicate balance of attentiveness without being omnipresent. We enjoyed our weekend evening dining experience. Ocean Prime always delivers. Always a fan.

   The Customer service and the atmosphere was good but the food wasn’t great compared to the prices. My chicken didn’t have any flavor and it was boring.

   Outstanding meal and our server went above and beyond! We were celebrating a birthday and were impressed by the festive confetti on the table and also the personalized dessert! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening.

   This was an Anniversary dinner. When they brought us to our table there were fresh rose petals and 2 glasses of champagne waiting for us. We did not expect this, was a very special treat. The service was amazing, and the restaurant is beautiful. The only problem we had was the $115 African lobster came out under cooked (it was a large tail, plenty to eat that was cooked) Probably should have said something, but just didn’t want to be that guy. I have no doubt that they would have corrected the issue, but I rarely complain or send back food at any restaurant. Would definitely go back for another special occasion. Oh, they also gave us complimentary dessert to take home for our anniversary because we were to full to eat it there

   Overrated. The only thing that was good was the Chilean Seabass.

    Went for a celebratory promotion dinner with my date. The service is spot on professional and you can’t get better service than Ocean Prime. I enjoyed a “Marilyn Monroe” martini (grey goose, chambord, topped off with a quality champagne). You may have to ask for it.
