   The deviled eggs are trash. Lobster bisque was fishy. Peas don't go with fish even being edgy. Explain the tater tots...mayo is gross to dip in.

   We love the food here,but we have 2 diners with severe hearing issues. When I called for the reservation, I asked for the quietest table they had for the 6 of us. They put us in the prime room. Unfortunately our table was not set up and all the other tables were occupied by very loud dinners. One of the supervisors came to apologize for the table not being ready. (We had to help set it up..moving chairs ,etc.). She did comp our drinks that we had already ordered which was nice, but the noise level was very difficult. We ere there at 6:30 so didn’t expect that. We would have moved outside, but it was too hot. Disappointing atmosphere, but the food was good as usual.

   The service and ambiance was amazing. The sautéed spinach was extremely salty. We ordered our $150 steak medium and it was cooked medium rare which was extremely underwhelming.

    Upon arrival all front desk personnel greeted us with a smile, we were seated right away (30 min. earlier than our 5:30 pm reservation) in a smaller room so there was never a noise issue. "Nate" was our server - excellent from start to finish. When asked, his choices of recommendations were spot-on. Jumbo Lump Crab cake, Lobster Bisque, Chilean Sea Bass, Bacon Creamed Spinach, Jalapeno Au Gratin, Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Warm Butter Cake. All personnel were friendly & very helpful. Will be back soon with friends!

    Anniversary dinner. Rose pedals on our table. Enjoyed French onion soup , twin lobster tails, bone in filet, and butter cake. Food and service were excellent.

    Everything was amazing, except the fish dishes We’re just “ok” this visit. We still enjoyed our date due to the outstanding service. Will come again and maybe try something different.

    We went to Ocean's Prime on our anniversary. They really made it with special with 2 glasses of champagne, rose petals on the table and they dressed up the dessert with a chocolate anniversary wafer on top of ice cream. Nate the waiter was excellent. The food was very good.

    Ocean Prime has a great ambiance from the decor to the lighting. Service was great! The food was good. Great portions, seasoned well. The snapper was delicious.

    My reservation was for 8:00 pm for a special birthday with a special request not to sit near a service area. The first person at the receiving desk didn’t even say hello, blank look and too our names. The full waiting room gave me a Disney restaurant vibe instead of fine dining. We were finally sat at 8:20 pm right next to the service area. It was loud, I couldn’t hear what was being said from across the table, waiters crossing right behind us with dirty dishes every two minutes. My husband asked for a rectification and we were kindly moved to another table. The food was not bad but the quality was not worth the average of $55 per dish. The drinks were not bad. Our waiter - Jim - was wonderful and more than made up for the somewhat disappointing experience with his attention and good attitude. Maybe my expectations were too high given the reviews but overall it was not worth the $500 dollar bill.

    Great experience (food and service). Maybe the best ever there. Only exception was the noise level. We were on the patio and like the usual energy but It was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation with the guests at our table.

    Birthday dinner. Food was great. Server was very pleasant. Only complaints is that we had ad to wait a long time for drinks and refills. Ended up having to walk over to bar area ourselves to get sugar for drinks. Table stayed filled with used dishes longer than normal. Had to move dirty plates to floor in order to make room.

    I hosted a group of customers from 4 different states and all had a great time eating through the menu We had a seafood tower, added a wagu a5 and a sea bass as appetizers, steaks and fish mains with various sides, finished with butter cake. Cabs from Caymus and Paul Hobbs during the meal, and finished with Carrillos for all (Liquor 43 and expresso over ice). Beautiful meal!

    ALL staff was friendly and courteous and greeting us with a smile. Serving staff was absolutely excellent; knew the menu; provided helpful recommendations and went above what was expected. Food was absolutely delicious and prepared as ordered.

    We both had the blackened salmon salad. The salmon on both was not what we usually get and came out on the cold side. Sent them both back and they were so much better.

    Had to wait 15 minutes for a seating with a reservation. Once seated, our servers... Kathleen (primary) and Dillion were Excellent! They were attentive to our requests and provided prompt, professional and courteous service. The food was great, 2 things... they did not serve lemons with the lobsters; and the creamed spinach was flavorless. Over all the food was great and we had a wonderful night out.
