Noble Crust - St. Petersburg
Fourth Street North and 83rd Avenue North mark the culinary intersection of fine Italian cooking and Southern ingredients in north St. Petersburg's newest and most current causal eatery. With a polished yet well-worn vibe and a menu that features locally grown seasonal ingredients, Noble Crust turns traditional Italian dining into a whole new experience.
Changing the menu with the seasons, Noble Crust combines farm-fresh flavors to craft creative dishes that make it difficult to taste where Italian ends and Southern begins.
Southern Benny was delicious!
Both my son and I agreed, this was one of the top ten dining experiences we've had...ever! Ambience was fun and energetic, Casey, our server was OUTSTANDING, and the food was fantastic. We started with the fried green tomatoes and meatballs. He had the fried chicken and I did the shrimp and grits. Everything was delicious with such incredible detail. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
Seriously noisey, very crowded. More of a happy hour environment than a date night place. All the waitstaff had trouble keeping up.
Food was pretty good with the notable exception of an underdone and barely warm Margherita pizza.
OMG! Tried the shrimp and grits for the first time and WOW!!! One of the best dishes I have had anywhere. Not your typical shrimp and grits...way better. Also love the FGBLT.
Got here for an early dinner with friends and loved the Happy Hour specials, great food and wonderful service. Had a great meal and great experience overall.
I was really looking forward to going to this restaurant but was a bit disappointed in the quality of some of the food.
We had several appetizers that were creative and tasty:
CRISPY BRUSSEL SPROUTS with goat cheese,
F.G.B.L.T fried green tomatoes with pork belly and pimento cheese,
NOBLE PIG PIZZA
For our mains we ordered :
CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN PARM, which was VERY DRY and tough and the tomato sauce was VERY weak, the chicken had melted mozzarella on top which was too over browned/melted and made the cheese too tough as well as the chicken.
RIGATONI WITH SHORT RIB RAGU which was sent back as there was little to no short rib meat and it did not taste good with it seemed as the same weak tomato sauce. We sent it back and replaced it with the DOUBLE CUT PORK CHOP which was also too dry and OVERCOOKED but we ate it as we were hungry.
SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN which was WAY TO SALTY, but we ate it anyways.
Over all the ambiance, appetizers, pizza was very good, but they need to NOT OVERCOOK their food and watch the salt.
They were nice enough to not charge us for the Rigatoni short rib AND neither the Pork chop.
Great restaurant, great service, great food
Must try it!!!
The service was wonderful. The hostess was very welcoming. Our server did a wonderful job and was very attentive. The food was okay, but not as good as I had anticipated. That atmosphere was very lively, actually it was a little difficult to carry on a conversation because of the noise level. I would say overall it was a good experience, however I don't anticipate returning any time soon.
Third time and continue to be amazed. Extraordinarily delicious. Servers are particularly friendly. The Budino dessert is spectacular.
We’ve been dining here for a few years now and have yet to have a bad meal or experience! Very consistent food quality, wait staff and bartenders. Recommend for everyday dining but especially if you are entertaining out of town guests and want to impress them with a great meal!
My mother said if I don't have something nice to say, to say nothing. So nothing it is
Had a delicious meal with family. Pizzas were terrific and a shareable size when we also ordered appetizers.
Staff is always moving and keeping an eye on ya.
Quick service for a group of 11! Server was great, food was amazing
Always outstanding food and service.
The chicken parm which most of us ordered in my opinion was too thick and should have been pounded down to make thinner.
New Years Eve dinner. They were out of the special that my wife and I wanted, then got it back by the time we finished our dinner.
As usual the food entrees were delicious.
Would like to see a more variety of appetizers
especially during Happy Hour.
Perhaps offer more small plate choices.
Overall, one of my top local venues.
terrific food combined with a wait staff that works as a team -- the front desk group's a bit in disarray, but still manage to get it done. Not enough room when you come in the door, & the check-in group does their best, but don't let that slow you, as the wait is well worth it. It's not your average menu -- amazing no matter what you pick - we try something different every time, and yet to be disappointed.
We love Noble Crust, however were very disappointed with this visit. We made a 7 pm reservation with the intention of ordering the "Sunday Gravy" special. After being seated, we were informed the restaurant had already ran out of the Sunday special. When it came time for dessert, the restaurant had also run out of all but two choices of dessert. Needless to say, we were quite unhappy.
It’s always outstanding.
1) They gave our table away. 2) The chicken parmigiana was overcooked and lacking real flavor. 3) They weren’t that busy and our server continued to forget any simple requests. 4) we will not be returning
Great restaurant, delicious food, great server (Carson)
Outstanding pizza and service. They always have your table ready even when people are waiting.
Great energy and a well dining layout. Lots of noise as this place is busy but we had no problem hearing one another at the table. Server was spot on with suggestions. Did not order pizza, had planned to, as there were so many tempting choices. Pizza at the table next to us looked amazing and they ate every bite (piggies).
Xmas eve. Always welcoming.
We were a few minutes late for our reservation time and we had to wait for the next table. In about 10 minutes we were seated. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the service in general was very good. We also liked the ambiance and an intimate atmosphere. We will come back!
Loved it! Great atmosphere great service, and great food!
Dined at Noble Crust for Christmas Eve. Food was delicious and service was great. We have dined at Noble Crust before both in St. Pete and Carrollwood. Both locations are very nice. I would recommend for a group outing with a bunch of friends or also as a couple dining together.
Fabulous lunch, great waiter named Dan. We loved everything.
Excellent service and warm ambiance.
Great Food with great Service. I had a lot of chicken and waffle from different places (even from a upscale steakhouse) but Nobke Crust’s chicken and waffle is one of the best in Tampa Bay Area.
Great spot for Sunday Brunch!
Service was very slow.
Love this restaurant. Highly recommend.
Bustling but yummy, again! We always make a point to get to Noble Crust when we're on that side of town. Highly recommend.
Reserved a table for 4 for 8pm on a Friday, didn’t have to wait, which was great. Overall food quality was above average, a bit to much salt, a bit noisy. Had a great time. Definitely recommend to others.
First timers for us, and wow was it amazing! We had cocktails which were great, 3 Appetizers, 2 Entrées and a salad! We were very satisfied and full! We will be back for sure!
Get the Noble Pig pizza... you won’t regret it!
