From mussels through the delicious Fall salad & our entrees of scallops and halibut, they nailed it. All items were perfectly prepared and were on par with the finest restaurants. We finished the meal with very tasty warm apple crisp - can anything be more perfect?More infoJessica's at Swift HousePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Middlebury•4.9

- LLindaWashington, D.C. Area •16 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoArdelia’s has an excellent breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of hot items to choose from, including a make to order omelet bar. It seemed to me that they offered most everything you could want for breakfast. I appreciated the fresh strawberries and blueberries and Greek yogurt and pastries. I noted that there was almond milk and oat milk provided, which told me they are attentive to people like me wanting dairy alternatives. Our server, Sanja, was very attentive, keeping our coffee cups full and dishes cleared.More infoArdelia'sPrice: Very Expensive• American• Middlebury•4.5

New American spots use these ingredients to offer creative twists on traditional American fare. If you're in the mood for something distinctly Vermont, try a dish of fiddleheads with mushrooms.
