- MMaggievipAustin •4 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoWe’ve been here a few times and always have a good experience. The service is really nice, and you get a great view of downtown Lynchburg. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is the “Cirrusly Spicy” - from the description, you would think this is a spicy margarita, but it’s actually fresh-squeezed jalapeño juice. Smells like jalapeño before you even bring the drink all the way to your face, and that’s the only flavor you get out of it. The only sensation you get is pain. My husband didn’t want to send it back because he felt like he should have known better, based on the name, but I’m not so sure.More infoSkylinePrice: Expensive• American• Lynchburg•4.7

Discover Lexington
Home to Washington and Lee University as well as Virginia Military Institute, this small college town boasts a variety of restaurants and has a pretty big brunch culture. This area is becoming a major part of the food "counter culture" with many restaurants using locally produced ingredients and offering farm-to-table menus. Highlights of the Lexington food scene include traditional Southern favorites like shrimp and grits, cheese grits, and locally caught catfish and trout over seasonal veggies. This part of Virginia is also farm country, and you'll be hard pressed to find fresher meats or vegetables than those found in Lexington's restaurants.
