The restaurant atmosphere was extremely loud and chaotic, nearly as much as being at a bar. It would have been nice if they had seated people in section somewhat based on what they were celebrating. It was definitely not an atmosphere we would have picked for our anniversary and in the past we have not had a similar experience at Pino.
