Diamond Springs Restaurants

I loveed the decor. The cavier and homemade chips was wonderful. My wife got the burger she liked it. It was huge. I got the chicken didn't xare for the sauce that was on it and the chicken breast was DRY. Not worth the almost $50 for it. We were celabrating my wifes birthday . They did give her a dessert with a candle. It was good. It was enough for us to share.

We had the most delicious dinner last night at The Independent restaurant. We were surprised when they moved us from a noisy corner to a nice quiet booth. The whole evening was absolutely perfect. Service was great. Food came out quickly and was amazingly cooked. I had short ribs and polenta that was just amazing. My husband had prime rib cooked to perfection with mashed potatoes and vegetables that were delicious.

Had a great experience at Enchanted Forrest. It was our first time there. We didn't know that there would be a holiday event on Main Street, so it was closed, which made parking chaos. I called the restaurant after driving around for 15 minutes in traffic and the owner sat on the phone with us trying to guide us as to where we could park. She took our order over the phone as well, so that our food would be ready shortly after we finally sat. Very accommodating and I was blown away! The atmosphere is magical. We get to wear fairy halos during our dinner. The food was delicious!!! We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend! Leave at least 30 minutes ahead of your reservation, to deal with parking, just in case.

Since they opened, I have been a huge proponent of this place. Some of the best Italian around, but I had a wonderful filet mignon the other night. Perfect!
