Cedar Hollow Inn Restaurant & Bar
Price: Moderate•Contemporary American•4.7(1,299)The Cedar Hollow Inn has been a local favorite for over 18 years. The building, which was built in the mid 1800's, lends an old-fashioned charm to an unpretentious atmosphere.
Chef Stephen Guiseppe of the Culinary Institute of America adds personal flair and imagination to a delectable menu of American Continental dishes. The daily Chef's Specials are creative and unpredictable, energetically inspired an hour or so before the menu is finalized.
Indulge yourself, family and friends to a casual fine dining experience in any of the three dining rooms, including an enclosed sun porch and a large bar area. Tucked away in the middle of everywhere, the Cedar Hollow offers an experience that keeps you coming back.General Warren

Price: Moderate•American•4.4(108)The taste of Philadelphia sports came alive late one night in 1977. An argument and a brotherly brawl over mom’s unique gravy at 4 am in the Ciarrocchi household, led to what is now the unique Chickie’s & Pete’s zesty cuisine. With a mother’s ingredients, a respected family business, and Pete’s own tried, tested, and perfected French fry reinvention, Crabfries®, Pete Ciarrocchi was destined for success.

- PPeterPhiladelphia County •3 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoMy colleague and I took four Customers for dinner. The decor was fine and appears to have been recently revamped. The lighting was good, the ambience was fine with nice muted colors. The service was top class and the food was generally acceptable. The one disappointment was my New York Strip Steak. It was without a doubt the toughest Steak I have had for years. Half of it was gristle. The Knife had insufficient serrations to cut the meat. It is a shame as the Wine was good and generally the meal was 3*. Having just had a NY Strip Steak within the last two weeks, which I could cut with a Fork, I was very disappointed. Quiet Dining at 6:00 PM and perhaps I will return but not ina hurry. The Wine was fine.More infoThe Jockey TavernPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Malvern•4.5

- JJackiePhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMy sister Dana and 13 friends celebrated her 60th birthday at the Desmond Hotel for brunch. We loved the variety of foods at the buffet especially the omelet station and the flank steak. Service was courteous and the room was not too crowded or noisy. I would recommend the Desmond for your next special event. Jackie McallisterMore infoRestaurants at the Desmond HotelPrice: Moderate• American• Malvern•4.8

The Fern and Table restaurant is only open for special occasions. It is part of Peoples light and theater. The ambiance was elegant, the food stations were amazing. The service was great. The food was delicious! We will be back!More infoThe Fern & FablePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Malvern•4.2

Opt for a quieter night at a critically acclaimed, plant-based gem in Midtown Village. Or splurge on a swanky steakhouse that presides over a corner of Rittenhouse Park.
