The Cedar Hollow Inn has been a local favorite for over 18 years. The building, which was built in the mid 1800's, lends an old-fashioned charm to an unpretentious atmosphere.

Chef Stephen Guiseppe of the Culinary Institute of America adds personal flair and imagination to a delectable menu of American Continental dishes. The daily Chef's Specials are creative and unpredictable, energetically inspired an hour or so before the menu is finalized.

Needed a place half way between friends and found good reviews. Made a reservation outside. Tables were nice but it was a sunny day and only one umbrella at another table. Putting that aside, the server was very attentive and pleasant. Everyone liked their meals. I ordered a coconut shrimp mango salad and was slightly disappointed that the mango was from a can but lettuce was fresh and the coconut shrimp were great. The real gem at this place was the desserts. Excellent house made desserts. I would go back just for them.

Consistently great restaurant! Excellent service, consistently great food for a great value. Also love the beer selection. Peter was an excellent server.

One guest asked how the duck was cooked. The response was that the chef determines that. (No "how would you like it cooked: medium rare, medium, etc.") It was overcooked. The pineapple salsa totally overpowered the swordfish. The other two diners said the lamb ragu was OK. And a drink that was supposed to be on the rocks was served neat. Apart from that ...
