It has been my experience that steaks are usually undercooked so I order a degree more done than I actually want. This time, I should have ordered less done than more. No big deal cause it was flavorful and tender. Other meal items were unique and very well presented. My suggestion is to skip the wine paring. My wife had fish and I had beef. We had identical wines. It was cute!! The restaurant was not busy on a Saturday evening which was great for us but probably not for the restaurant staff.
