Frankenmuth Restaurants

Consistent and classic family style chicken dinners always delicious always a fun time to go to Frankenmuth.

We have been going to Frankenmuth at least twice a year for our May and September birthdays since 1991. The atmosphere, food, and service is always excellent. We also like being members of the "Birthday Club", where you can get one free chicken dinner if you buy another at equal price or greater. Walking through the little shops is also fun and you can always find some new, unique treasure to bring home.

The food was delicious. I think a lot of the issues we had stemmed from noncommunication. They seem to be short staffed, but never said anything about it. It took us quite a while to get our salads and appetizers. Took a while to get our dinner. They did not offer bread until we asked, and then there was a fee that just sort of surprised us. we received nothing until we were already sitting for an hour. We had reservations at seven and did not receive our salads until after 8:00. Then because of the delay of receiving the dinner we didn’t finish until almost 10 PM. Some of our party had drinks and expected to get another drink when the food came, but there was so much time between the drink and the food did affect the enjoyment of the overall dining experience 

Our first visit, brought two friends for lunch. Service was excellent, friendly and professional. We each ordered something different and food was delicious. We sat inside, we didn’t realize that both guests wear hearing devices. The noise level made discussion a little difficult. Not the restaurant’s fault. Perhaps sitting outside will be a better option next time. Loved decor both inside and outside.
