- BBruceOrange County •1 review5.0Dined on Aug 28, 2024We had a magnificent meal and our server was excellent. We appreciate how perfect everything was on our anniversary. our appetizer was the Maryland crab cakes, which we amazing! The presentation was beautiful and the cakes had plenty of lump crab that was served with a sauce of Dijon mustard that my wife and I totally want to come back and have again. Our main course we cooked to perfection and again our server was extremely professional yet a treat to talk with. This is the only (very small) critique, our creme brûlée's could have been torched a little longer. That's it, I have nothing but the best things to tell my friends and family about the restaurant, the service and the food.More infoJack Binion's Steak House - Horseshoe Bossier CityPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Bossier City•4.7
Discover Shreveport
Louisiana's Gulf Coast is known for one big thing: Gulf shrimp. Gulf-caught shrimp are sweet, delicious, and a staple of Louisiana cooking; Shreveport, located in the northwest corner of the state, is no exception. Louisiana has a unique combination of French and Caribbean influences in its cooking, yielding the Cajun and Creole dishes that we have today. Creole seasonings are known to be zesty and a bit peppery, coming from a mix of paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne, oregano and thyme. Fried Gulf seafood is also a favorite across Shreveport and throughout the Gulf, and you'll definitely want to try some battered calamari while you're in the area.
