With none to be found nearby, Jim and Scott had two choices: road trip to New York, or open a wing joint close to home. Lucky for us, they chose the latter. We had Jared as a waiter. He made our night 5/5. His recommendations were superb, and we could tell he was passionate about taking care of people. He was the definition of hospitality! We both agreed it wouldn’t be the same without him the next time we make it to the area. The food was all excellent as well, of course! Potatoes au gratin were *perfection*.
