Maximilien and Thomas: A Shared Passion for Gastronomy in Paris
Trained at the prestigious École Ferrandi, Maximilien and Thomas came together through their shared love of hospitality. Maximilien specializes in wine and guest experience, while Thomas refined his culinary skills at Le Pré Catelan and Lasserre. In 2022, they opened Nessia, a modern French restaurant in the Marais district of Paris 3, near République, which is also available for private events. Nessia offers globally inspired, contemporary cuisine, highlighting premium meats while also providing vegetarian options to satisfy all palates.

   Sacré Frenchy! is a French neo-brasserie in the heart of Paris, near Etienne Marcel, Le Marais, Beaubourg Museum, and Les Halles.
   Our Chef Karen was trained in prestigious Parisian hotels like the George V and worked at the famous Maison Ladurée. With experience in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, he now offers a menu blending traditional French bistronomy with creative touches.
   We launched our new homemade Summer 25 menu on June 30th, 2025. It features seasonal fresh dishes for lunch and dinner, with vegan and gluten-free options.
   All products are sourced from local producers, and we are proud to hold the UN "Carbon Neutral Now" certification, offsetting all our carbon emissions.
